Sheryl Underwood has broken her silence on Sharon Osbourne‘s dramatic departure from The Talk.

As reported extensively, the 68-year-old fell foul of favor after rising to the defense of her friend Piers Morgan during a debate about racism centered on words the news anchor had made about Meghan Markle.

Osbourne’s fiery candor shocked her co-hosts and viewers alike. Notable was her remarks to Underwood, who she demanded not to cry because she was the one who should be upset.

The heated moment gave rise to a CBS investigation, which found that her behavior did not “align with our values for a respectful workplace.”

The star chose to leave on the same day.

Speaking on her podcast, 57-year-old Underwood addressed the incident and its aftermath.

Nearly three years after making its Sundance Music Festival premiere,  Netflix has released the official trailer for the gripping drama, ‘Monster.’

Executive produced by Nas, John Legend, and Jeffrey Wright, the film follows the story of Steve Harmon (portrayed by Kelvin Harrison Jr.) – a Harlem honor student who’s fighting for his innocence and freedom at a turbulent trial after he was discovered at the scene of a robbery-turned-murder.

Leading a star-studded cast, Harrison Jr. is supported by ACADEMY and GRAMMY-award winning singer-actress Jennifer Hudson, EMMY and TONY-award winning actor Jeffrey Wright, EMMY Award-winning actor Jharrel Jerome, GRAMMY Award winner Nas,  Jennifer Ehle, Rakim ‘A$AP Rocky’ Mayers, Tim Blake Nelson, and John David Washington.

LaToya Ali may have brought the drama to season 13 of the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ but it’s now clear there was even more going on off-screen.

Returning to her YouTube roots, the Canadian native sat down for an interview-style tell-all about her soon-to-be ex-husband Adam Ali.

Complications around the pair’s split allegedly were the cause for LaToya not being a peach-holder on the current installment of the Bravo hit.

In the explosive video, she admits she cheated on the father of her children and unpacks a narrative that alleges abuse and ill-treatment.

The cameras are officially rolling on ABC‘s new music drama ‘Queens.’

As reported, the series – which stars Brandy, Eve, and a host of familiar names – centers on a group of female friends.

Once at the top of the charts as members of the Hip-Hop group the Nasty Btiches, viewers meet the ladies in their 40s – each with lives much less glamorous than in their heyday.

An opportunity arises for the band to regroup and reclaim their musical shine. But to do so, they’re tasked with juggling their anticipated comeback with new realities in their friendship and personal lives more broadly.

There’s no word yet on the premiere frame.

As we reported here, award-winning novelist Terry McMillan (famous for hit books ‘Getting to Happy,’ ‘How Stella Got Her Groove Back,’ and more) set the net alight in late 2020 when she confirmed rumored reports her book-turned-hit-film ‘Waiting to Exhale’ would be rebooted in commemoration of its 25th anniversary.

In the time since, two of the movie’s original characters – Loretta Devine and Angela Bassettrespectively reported interest in reprising their iconic roles roles.

Now, after ABC announced the updated edition of the story would land at its network as a TV series directed by Lee Daniels, McMillan is taking to press to reveal her vision for the series ahead of its premiere.
