One year after slavery movie ‘12 Years a Slave‘captivated movie goers and made a star out of actress Lupita Nyong’o, Black Entertainment Television (BET) have revealed that they are to launch a TV series named ‘The Book of Negroes‘,set to tell a story just as bittersweet.
As previously reported, the reality star is no longer part of the main cast on Bravo hit ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ and will instead serve as an official “Friend Of The Housewives”.
Speculation has been rife, especially after Williams revealed that she was blindsided by the decision (and its subsequent announcement).
Clearing up the confusion, the creator of the Housewives franchise Andy Cohen has elaborated on the rationale.
Urban Hollywood is set to hit the big screen in a major way today – new movie ‘Addicted’ lands in cinemas and is serving up dizzying degrees of heat.
Boris Kodjoe joins the likes of Tasha Smith and Tyson Beckford in the movie adaptation of the Zane novel, which follows the lives of the sex-addicted.
Critics have praised the flick for sandwiching great acting performances between the ample amounts of skin and sensuality, rendering it a must-see for fans of its stars and beyond.
That Grape Juice caught up with Kodjoe and quizzed him about his role in the movie, as well as his own “addictions” – which interestingly include Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Jennifer Lopez.
