Quavo shows no signs of slowing down the music releases to amp up excitement for his forthcoming third studio album, the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Rocket Power.’

Beyond the diss tracks dropped during his unexpected beef with Chris Brown, the former Migos frontman also dropped ‘Real One,’ ‘Clear the Smoke,’ ‘Potato Loaded,’ and more over the last four months.

Adding to the growing stack of 2024 releases is the June 14-unveiled ‘Mink.’

“Lil’ bit’ p—y pink, so I went and bought a mink (Pink) / I was workin’ a trap, never worked a plan B / Don’t forget your strap, boy, playin’ in these streets (Bao) / I just put two hundred bands sin the kitchen sink (Kitchen),” he raps on the Atake-produced cut.

Amid ongoing controversy and criticism surrounding his highly publicized split from ex-wife Crystal Smith including accusations of having “unprotected sex with numerous other women” and fathering a child with one of his extramarital exploits, Ne-Yo drops the deeply introspective new song ‘2 Million Secrets.’

Premiered during his critically acclaimed live performance on Tiny Desk earlier this year, Friday (June 14) brought with it the arrival of the tune’s studio-recorded version.

“Never held you to your duties as a wife, let you do what you want to / ‘Cause I had a couple in the background down to give me what I couldn’t get from you, that ain’t an excuse / I made a promise and then I hurt you / I’m really sorry to be honest for once,” he sings in the Remo the Hitmaker-produced tune.

The latest making headlines is ‘Drunk Off U‘ – his duet with Moneybagg Yo from the rapper’s June 14-released album ‘Speak Now.’

“I’m addicted like Hennessy, you’re the cup of the Sprite / And I’m drunk off your loving, yea / I need it for life / You tell me you love me / Hope it’s not for the night, ’cause girl I been down that road /  Past my limit got me drunk off you,” Brown sings on the intoxicating track.

Victoria Monet may be currently celebrating the out-of-this-world acclaim afforded to her latest single, ‘Alright,’ and its stunning accompanying music video, but now the 3x GRAMMY winner is taking the concept of “out-of-this-world” a little less figuratively.

With help from award-winning producer and longtime collaborator D’Mile, Monet was tapped by Disney+ to deliver ‘Power of Two’ – an original end-credit song for the ‘Star Wars’ television series ‘The Acolyte.’

“Having my song be a part of the classic Star Wars franchise via ‘The Acolyte’ is such an honor and I’m thrilled for everyone to hear it when they see how it ties into the overall storyline,” she said of the new tune ‘Two.’ “D’Mile and I had a great time making the song and hope the world loves it as much as we do.” 

Fans of the Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Jodie Turner-Smith, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Charlie Barnett, Rebecca Henderson, and Dean-Charles Chapman-led series may already gotten a taste of ‘Two,’ but now the song has been wide released to digital and streaming services everywhere.

Mariah Carey‘s 3x Platinum 1999 album ‘Rainbow‘ may not celebrate its 25th anniversary until November, but the Songbird Supreme hatched a plan to align the commemorative set’s release in time for Pride Month 2024.

A toast to the critically acclaimed project, ‘Rainbow’ beams as a standout in Carey’s discography as it was her first studio effort without contribution from award-winning songwriter Walter Afanasieff.

Featuring contributions from big names like JAY-Z, Snoop Dogg, Usher, Missy Elliott, Da Brat, Joe, Master P, and more, the LP famously contains the hit singles ‘Heartbreaker,’ ‘Thank God I Found You,’ ‘Against All Odds,’ and ‘Can’t Take That Away.’

Tyla is setting the record straight.

The ‘Water’ singer stopped by The Breakfast Club today to discuss her meteoric rise.

However, things took a somewhat awkward turn when host Charlamagne Tha God quizzed the South African-born belle on the online discourse about her race. Specifically, the talk around the term “colored” (which, for context, is widely used in her home country).

Rather than answer the question, Tyla’s rep intervened advising that the conversation move on. A point Charlamagne referenced at the end of the interview as something that isn’t the move on the popular show.

Now, Tyla is responding after the blip ignited further chatter about her race.

While performing ‘Under the Influence,’ the 35-year-old was suspended in the air for slick aerial stunt. Or what was meant to be.
