The ever outspoken diva Dionne Warwick has been making quite a few headlines over the past few days for weighing in on the dealings of other divas.

First inciting fury among the fans of Beyonce when she suggested the 23-time Grammy winner was ‘not an icon yet’ (click here to read more), later the ‘Walk on By’ singer trod on familial territory.  Quizzed by our friends at ‘Entertainment Tonight’ about her thoughts on the recently announced hologram tour featuring her cousin, late Pop icon Whitney Houston, Warwick wasn’t exactly shy with her response.

The Spice Girls launched their Spice World stadium tour in Dublin’s Croke Park tonight and the Pop quad didn’t disappoint.

Indeed, despite being a member down (Victoria Beckham, aka Posh, is now a designer), the group rocked the house – much to the delight of the 80,000 capacity crowd.

Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisolm, and Melanie Brown marvelled with classics such as ‘Wannabe’ and ‘Say You’ll Be There,’ as well as latter material a la ‘Holler.’

With the trek continuing through the summer in UK cities, many are hoping international dates follow.

Pending insights on that, peep more from the ladies after the jump…

Not even the combined powers of Beyonce, Jay Z, Big Sean, John Legend, Cardi B, Meek Mill, and more could help DJ Khaled‘s latest album – ‘Father of Asahd’ – outpace Tyler the Creator‘s new project, ‘IGOR.’

According to industry analysts, Khaled – despite an aggressive promo schedule that’s not only seen him tackle radio, print, and TV but also seen him drop multiple music videos in his latest LP’s support – will bow at #2 on next week’s refreshed Billboard 200 with approximately 115k-130k sold (25k-35k pure sales).

Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran have collaborated multiple times in the past (as the latter’s credited with penning Bieber hits ‘Cold Water,’ ‘Love Yourself’,’ and more), but their first official collaboration in duet form came courtesy of the new single, ‘I Don’t Care.’

Although greeted with much fanfare – a feat evidenced by its record-breaking streams on Spotify (click here to read more) – the tune was unable to unseat the Hot 100’s longtime leader, Lil Nas X‘s ‘Old Town Road,’ and instead made an impressive #2 debut on this week’s refreshed chart.  Billboard reports ‘Care’ cracked the chart’s upper rankings with digital song sales of 77,000 alongside handsome streaming and radio play figures.  And, while the combined sum of activity did not help them dethrone ‘Road,’ it did help Bieber extend another one of his many Hot 100 records. According to the Music Bible:

Bieber extends his mark for the most No. 2 [debuts] on the Hot 100 to four. He previously opened at the runner-up spot with “Boyfriend” (April 14, 2012), “Sorry” (Nov. 14, 2015) and “Cold Water” (Aug. 13, 2016). Of those songs, “Sorry” went on to hit No. 1 (for three weeks).

As we extend congratz to Bieber, look inside to see who joins him in the top 25 on this week’s TGJ Chart Check: Hot 100 edition:

Legendary singer Dionne Warwick caused a firestorm of controversy after a recent interview saw her weigh in on today’s talent and who among the class has the potential to be an “icon” like herself.

Nearly a month after wrapping her Vegas residency and now hot on the promo trail of her new album, ‘She’s Back’ (released May 17), the well-respected, but much outspoken diva is back on the bad side of headlines after she implied Beyonce was among those who have “a long way to go” before reaching iconic status.  Speaking with our friends at Essence recently, Warwick stated:

“I don’t know if 10 years from now, anybody can actually sing the songs of our babies today. That’s not, as you guys say, ‘throwing shade.’ That’s just looking at it with reality,” she said.

That’s not all she said.  More inside:
