Dinah Jane is assembling her debut solo album, but she’s not stopping the flow of new music in the interim.

Fresh from sharing buzz cut ‘Bottled Up,’ the Fifth Harmony star has premiered ‘Retrograde.’

Performed during a recent showcase for iHeart Music, the song became a firm favorite amongst her growing fanbase. And now it’s here in full studio form.

Explaining the purpose of the track, she said:

“As you know, I’ve been hard at work in the studio, and I promise you, new music is coming SOON! I appreciate you all for being so patient with me and for always lifting me up. I wanted to say thank you and to share something with you NOW, to hold you over until the new tracks drop… I heard YOU and saw all of your amazing feedback and comments when I performed “Retrograde” at iHeart. So here it is!”

Emeli Sande has unwrapped the video for comeback single ‘Sparrow.’

Lensed in New York, the Sarah McColgan production powerfully encompasses the singer’s goal with the song.

Sande earlier explained:

“Sparrows are always in flocks and do almost everything together. They’re a symbol of strength and protection in numbers. A reminder that we’re not alone and united we are powerful!  Seek strength in each other.”

As for how the semantics of the track manifested in its accompanying visual, she added:

“Each woman in this video has their own unique strength and there was a real sense of sisterhood felt throughout the shoot.”
