John Legend has much to celebrate these days.

For, after taking home the 2015 Golden Globe for ‘Best Original Song’ his tune ‘Glory’ ft. Common (found on the ‘Selma’ official soundtrack), the Grammy-winning hitmaker is now readying a repeat at the 2015 Academy Awards as he and Comm face off with some of the year’s top movie songs in the ‘Best Original Song’ category there.

But, before they ready their acceptance speeches for the show’s 87th annual showing, airing live on ABC on Feb. 22 at 7 p.m., the duo have learned in addition to performing at this year’s Grammys they’ll also be performing at the Oscars.

As fans inch closer to the February 3rd release date of their debut album ‘Reflection,’ the ladies of Fifth Harmony are playing approximately no games with enticing listeners with gems from the project.

After earning many-a-thumbs up for their Kid Ink-assisted tune ‘Worth It,‘ 5H pay homage to R&B frontrunners Aaliyah and Mariah Carey with their new song ‘Like Mariah.’  Calling for help from rapper Tyga on the ‘Always Be My Baby’ sampled number, the song makes its way online just weeks before the quintet launch their ‘Reflection Tour’ (Feb. 27).

Las Vegas is soon to be R&B diva central!

As if it’s not enough being home to some of pop’s top crop of stars, from  Celine Dion and Shania Twain to Britney Spears and Elton John, now it seems more leading ladies are looking to get in on the action.

Weeks before diva Mariah Carey officially announced her relocation to “Sin City” for an extensive residency, her nemesis Jennifer Lopez, “The Boss” Miss Diana Ross, Queens of Pop Madonna and Janet Jackson, and more were rumored to at least be considering a sashay  down to the Strip.

‘Who’s That Girl‘ rapper Eve may have questioned Iggy Azalea’s authenticity in the past, but it would seem this year has seen her come to understand the entertainer far better than she did before.
