The Brit-Pop belter is gearing up to unwrap her latest effort ‘It’s My Party’ tomorrow morning. Hence, in a bid to whip up interest for the cut (which follows UK top 5 ‘Wild’ and serves as the second single from her as yet untitled sophomore effort), the vocal sensation has lifted the lid on its accompanying artwork.

Needless to say, one word captures the cover: fierce!

‘Right By My Side’ co-stars Chris Brown & Nicki Minaj ready a redo in the form of ‘Love More’ – the third single from Brown’s forthcoming ‘X’ album (August 20).

With the tune already greeted with fanfare from both acts’ faithful camps (TeamBreezy & Barbz), Minaj took to social media to tease the soon due video with some colorful snaps from the Los Angeles set accompanied by the message:

With what would’ve been the late great Whitney Houston‘s 50th birthday just a week away, you can expect to see the tributes from a number of supporters pour in the world over via social media outlets.

Bill Maher welcomed Jay Z to his ‘home’ last night, inviting the Rap icon for a conversation launched to endorse his newly released ‘Picasso Baby‘ video.

While on the controversial personality’s show, the Rapper took the time to address a number of issues- including comments Harry Belafonte made regarding he and Beyonce‘s work- or the alleged lack of it- employed to help African Americans in need.

Cute, fun, and flirty, Drastik’s cover of Tamar’s tune certainly checks every “descriptive box” related to the number. While certain parts did seem a bit “talk-sung”, it’s evident that Drastik definitely shined where it mattered most – injecting her own flavor of emotion into the number.
