All roads lead to Independence Day for Jay-Z.

The rapper and Roc Nation mogul is re-branding the meaning of the iconic July 4th date with the release of his new album ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’.

A subject of major debate, the surprise project has attracted both praise and critique for its unique roll-out, which sees Samsung foot the bill for 1 million copies of the LP – giving it away “free” as part of a new app for users of its phones.

It’s easy to see, then, why amidst the hoopla the fact one of Hip-Hop’s biggest titans is actually releasing new material (and in a matter of weeks too) is being somewhat overlooked.

As such, in a bid to re-position the focus on the music (and whip up more conversation), Jigga has unwrapped the official tracklist for the LP. What are you waiting for? Check it out after the jump…

Serving nothing but fun while on stage together, their performance on the night came eight days before they arrive at the 2013 BET Awards alongside Miguel, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce & Ciara!

Unlike its ‘Rewind’ and ‘Vault’ predecessors, ‘Replay’ looks to dust off and showcase albums (and eras) from a library of pop music hits.  Finally, we go back to the debut solo project of gospel legend Karen Clark Sheard…1997’s ‘Finally Karen’

As a gifted rapper, Drake often finds favour around these sides. However, on occasion, the Canadian MC does some very “Drake” things which leave us scratching our heads.

Case, point, his new Ovo video which features him drinking a shot from a coveted Grammy Award.

The footage shows the Young Money star receiving a gong for Best Rap Album (2012) for his sophomore effort ‘Take Care’; unable to contain his excitement, the 26-year-old uses it in a way we doubt those vying for similar recognition would smile at.

He’s the mastermind behind some of Gospel and R&B’s recent chart winners. That’s right, we’re talking about the vocal wonder that is TC– the man behind Brandy‘s fan favorite ‘Wish Your Love Away’ and Justin Bieber‘s ‘She Don’t Like The Lights’.

Now, in lending that voice to the stellar cut, he’s released a cover of Fantasia‘s forthcoming single ‘Without Me’, so close to the original even we had trouble differentiating between this and the original.

For anyone old enough remember to release of Beyonce‘s debut album ‘Dangerously In Love’, its 10th anniversary will no doubt bring back many a fond memory.

Following the critical success of Kelly Rowland‘s Alternative R&B piece ‘Simply Deep’ and Michelle Williams’ speedy ascent to the top of Gospel, ‘Love’ came two years after its title track featured on Destiny’s Child 2001 LP ‘Survivor’, a classic in its own right.

Now, in celebrating the album’s tenth birthday and the moments it created for so many across the world, we ask…

While fans have been enjoying ‘Boomerang’ – the latest single from guitar wielding soul singer Lyfe Jennings, the ‘Hypothetically’ hitmaker has lifted the lid on a forthcoming reality show.

Titled ‘Our Life’, the show is set to document the daily happenings of Lyfe’s life post-3 year jail stint.  Much like rapper Shawty Lo, it is said the show’s focus will be more on Jennings’ children and “baby mamas”, but unlike Lo, the ‘Must Be Nice’ maestro promises to keep the show nice and ‘ratchet-free’.

Until we see if he keeps his promise, keep it locked to That Grape Juice for more on this story as it develops.  No premiere date or network set as of time reporting.
