Though it was filmed some time ago, Lady GaGa‘s performance at Sydney’s ‘Monster Hall‘ has remained rather elusive to fans outside of Australia with very little footage of the showing available to them.

Now that is all about to change.

Is model-with-a-mic Cassie cooking up a comeback?  If her interview with Status magazine is any indication, the answer is a disappointing definite yes.  Gracing the mag’s latest cover, the vocal less vocalist is said to be preparing ‘Elecro Love’, the follow-up to her 2006 self-titled debut.  Though said to be in production since 2007, the album is finally being prepped for release sometime later this year.

With an upcoming spot on talent show ‘Majors & Minors’ and a new tell all documentary on the way, it seems that Brandy Norwood is  trying to make her way back to the forefront of music debate.

For after a difficult last few years riddled with poor album sales, intense personal drama and well documented label disputes, there is no denying that many of her ever loyal fans are hoping that upcoming years will serve to mark a more positive time for the performer.

The video for Cher Lloyd‘s single ‘Swagger Jagger’ may have over 100,000 dislikes on Youtube, yet that hasn’t stopped the record-buying public flocking to buy the track. Indeed, after just 24 hours on sale, the love it or loathe track sits at #1 on iTunes, making it a strong contender for the top spot on the Official UK Singles Chart this Sunday.

To celebrate the single’s release, the 18 year old held a CD singing at Westfield‘s in Shepherd’s Bush, London last night..
