Coi Leray may have seen her first two studio albums, 2022’s ‘Trendsetter‘ and 2023’s ‘Coi,’ miss the Billboard 200’s topmost quadrant with their respective #89 and #102 peaks, but that commercial nonperformance has acted as little deterrent for the 26-year-old.

Easily one of the most active femcees of the year, Leray has heat up social media and streaming waves with her inaugural Billboard Hot 100 top 10 hit ‘Players,’ as well as serving guest appearances on work from Dave East, David Guetta, Metro Boomin, and more.

The buzz around those projects and others had Coi feeling herself on social media late last week – a feeling evidenced by a statement posted to Twitter that started quite the fiery debate in the comment section.

If you thought Taylor Swift‘s jaw-dropping chart command was limited to the Billboard 200 this week, you thought wrong.

As if watching her latest album re-record, ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version),’ blast to the top of the tally with the year’s biggest first-week sales yet wasn’t enough to brag about, the GRAMMY winner also became the first woman to simultaneously occupy four spots in the hitlist’s top 10.

That history-making domination spilled over to the Hot 100 as well as revealed by the chart’s updated top 10 on Monday (July 17).

Nearly a month after topping charts with his third studio album, ‘Business is Business,‘ incarcerated rapper Young Thug is vicariously back to business with a little help from his friends.

Having already garnered critical acclaim for the LP’s Nicki Minaj-assisted tune, ‘Money,’ Thug (born Jeffery Williams) called on help from her Young Money co-hort Drake for another of the project’s gems: ‘Oh U Went.’

With the remix to his critically acclaimed single ‘Motion,’ rapper-singer Ty Dolla $ign is looking to give music lovers yet another reason to catch him on the highly anticipated ‘More Motion Less Emotion Tour‘ when it kicks off in San Diego on September 15.

Supercharging the June-released bop with a guest appearance from R&B’s leading bad boy Chris Brown, the revamp of the dance cut sees the two exchanging verses about admiring a special girl on the dancefloor.

Post Malone is sharing a third taste of his upcoming album with the release of his latest song, ‘Overdrive.’

I tender, pop ballad, Malone reflects on the pitfalls of fame and the challenges that it brings along the way.

“I spend my nights on overdrive/ I live my life so over-tired /And there’s nowhere I can hide / I’d remove my tattoos if that’s cool to you / I’d do anything to be cool to you — and at what cost,” he sings.

The song was co-written with Malone, Louis Bell, Andrew Watt, and Billy Walsh. It follows the previously released offerings ‘Chemical’ and ‘Mourning.’

Demi Lovato is in her rock era.

The songstress has teamed with Slash for a revamped version of her biggest hit, ‘Sorry Not Sorry.’ 

Speaking about the collaboration with the guitar legend, Lovato had this to say via NME:

“Slash is an iconic artist who I’ve been a fan of for years, it’s an absolute honor to have such a legend like him on the rock version of ‘Sorry Not Sorry.'”

The song is set to appear alongside many of her other hit songs on her upcoming album, ‘Revamped,’ which will take many of her hit songs and turn them into rock bangers.

Stormzy and Raye have linked up for a brand-new collaboration.

Both are riding high off recent successes, following the releases of the British rapper’s chart-topping album ‘This Is What I Mean’ and the songbird’s breakthrough smash ‘Escapism.’

Now, the UK-reared stars are teasing their incoming single ‘The Weekend.’

No fixed release date was given for the release, but with the preview showcasing the pair on the set of a music video, it’s safe to expect it soon.
