Music’s reigning queen was on-hand at the premiere of Netflix‘s ‘The Harder They Fall’ at the London Film Festival. 

The superstar singer attended alongside (and in support of) her billionaire mogul husband JAY-Z, who serves as one of the producers of the hotly anticipated movie – which stars Jonathan Majors, Regina King, Idris Elba, and LaKeith Stanfield. 

Bey’s appearance is one of few she’s made since her emotional letter thanking fans for the love they showed for her 40th birthday last month.

Kanye West‘s long-awaited ‘Donda’ album may have been a critical polarizer upon its August unveiling, but the commercial response to the effort has been everything but.

After debuting at #1 on the Billboard 200 with one of the year’s highest first-week figures, the set’s been a mainstay inside the chart’s top 10 (even found at #4 this week).

The ongoing success led to a quick GOLD certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) – meaning it’s already sold at least 500,000 copies in the United States alone.  But, before Kanye and camp could really celebrate the news he was greeted with reports his third #1 hit, ‘Stronger’ (2007), had muscled its way to Diamond status.

Some of Syleena Johnson‘s biggest hits may have come from the pen of R. Kelly, but – as she revealed during a recent ‘Cocktails with Queens’ episode – that doesn’t make her a fan or supporter of his.

As the embattled R&B legend awaits sentencing after being found guilty for sex trafficking in September (as we reported here), Johnson expressed her belief mental health treatment would be a more suitable remedy for his crime than imprisonment.
