After delivering stellar ratings for BET for two straight seasons, Tyler Perry’s ‘Sistas’ is back by popular demand for round 3.

Led by KJ Smith, Mignon, Ebony Obsidian, Novi Brown and Crystal Hayslett, the series is described as one that follows four Black women as they “navigate complicated love lives, careers and friendship through the ups-and-downs of living in a modern world of social media and unrealistic relationship goals. This band of women, intertwined with their newfound relationships, must navigate this new-age dating scene as they continue to search for love in their 30s.”

Executive produced, directed, and written by Perry, the show’s season 3 launch is slated for June 9.

A star-studded tribute to those who have served the stars & stripes, ‘Side By Side: A Celebration of Service’ brought celebrities together with military and health care heroes for Memorial Day they’d always remember (May 31).

Hosted by veteran TV actor and television personality Alfonso Ribeiro, the benefit concert and television event – which shined with performances from Katy Perry, Ne-Yo, and Gavin DeGraw – also raised money for Northwell Health’s Military Liaison Services Program.
