STARZ flagship series, ‘Power,’ has proven itself the gift that keeps on giving.

Created and produced by Courtney A. Kemp and rapper/entertainment mogul 50 Cent, the Omari Hardwick-led show enjoyed wild popularity over its six-season run before four spinoffs in its likeness were announced.

Now, after watching the first of said spinoffs – ‘Power Book II: Ghost’ –  launched to massive success (as we reported here), fans are invited to the next chapter in the franchise’s story:  ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan.’

“When the silence is so loud / And you can’t seem to find your way / All the world’s come crashin’ down / Just know you can count on me / You never thought the sky would fall on broken ground (Aw yeah) / When you’re hurt inside, go ahead and cry,” she croons on the mid-tempo track.

As reported, Monique Samuels announced her decision to leave the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ following the fiery final part of the season 5 reunion.

The reality star’s stint on the show has been quite the roller-coaster, especially in the wake of her literal clash with castmate Candiace Dillard and exposé of Gizelle Bryant.

Still, she remained a firm favorite with RHOP fans.

Yet, Samuels is making clear that somewhere between the plots, binders, and seismic take-downs, it’s all become too much. Hence, her walking away from the show.

In a new interview with Fox 5, she and husband Chris expand on the decision – which they say is motivated by the need to put their family first.
