Michelle Kramer, one of the women whose teenage daughters was groomed for sexual abuse by the singer R. Kelly, has revealed that there is far more to his web of predation than meets the eye.

In an interview with the ‘C’mon Son’ podcast, Kramer – whose daughter is Dominique Gardner– revealed that the entertainer once tried to throw her child off a roof for disobeying his orders… and tried to force her to have a penis attached to her body so that she could pleasure him with it.

There’s more.

For, the show’s host stunned listeners by claiming that Aaliyah‘s uncle – Barry Hankerson– was aware that Kelly preyed on teens and once spilled the beans in a conversation.

It’s been five years since Taylor Swift released ‘Shake It Off’ – the chart-topping lead single from her fifth studio album, ‘1989,’ but the project has found itself the topic of much recent chatter. While the bad includes an ongoing lawsuit from 3LW writers who claim the song’s chorus rips off the group’s 2001 hit, ‘Playas Gon’ Play’ (click here to read more on that), good has now come in the form of yet another historic achievement courtesy of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

No stranger to seeing her name penciled in the organization’s history books, the ‘Blank Page’ beauty is now being written in thanks to reports ‘Shake’ has officially been certified Diamond – denoting sales equivalence of 10 million in the United States.

After warming up the masses with ‘Show Me Love,’ 15-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys continues to move forward with releasing music in support of her yet-titled seventh studio album.

The latest taste comes courtesy of new solo single, ‘Time Machine.’ An experimental fusion of throwback Funk and Soul sounds, the Rob Knox-produced cut comes as a thematic successor of her 2007 hit, ‘Like You’ll Never See Me Again,’ in that it calls for living in the moment.

“No, we can’t rewind / Life ain’t no time machine,” she sings on the retro-inspired tune. “But once you free your mind, there’s beauty in everything.”

It’s that time of year again!

The air is still buzzing as today brought with it the highly anticipated 2020 Grammy nominations unveiled, per usual, via a special announcement weeks before the actual showing.  But, what also comes with the ‘per usual’ are the jaw-dropping surprises, snubs, and all out “shut-outs” that accompany the nods’ list.

Always a heated debate-starter, the coveted tally saw the likes of chart-toppers Beyoncé, Cardi B, Chris Brown, Lana Del Rey, and Taylor Swift go without mention in the correct categories (as some fans argue), while hitmakers Sam Smith, Megan Thee Stallion, Camila Cabello, and Mariah Carey got no mention at all.

Jussie Smollett is fighting back.

The ‘Empire’ actor found himself at the center of one of the year’s most shocking stories; a story which saw him initially deemed the victim (after an alleged hate attack) only to himself become the suspect of criminal behavior.

The latter saw Smollett charged with orchestrating the entire attack and paying off  brothers Abimbola Osundairo and Olabinjo Osundairo to stage a beatdown.

And yet in a dramatic twist, the criminal case collapsed in the preliminary phase and the 36-year-old looked to be off the hook. That is until the City of Chicago filed suit against him demanding he pay back the $130,000 to recoup the cost of the investigation.

Now, Smollett – who has always maintained his innocence – is retaliating.
