Merely hours after first teasing Doja Cat‘s revamp of ‘After Hours’ tune, ‘In Your Eyes,’ it appears The Weeknd is eyeing a midnight release.

As of time reported, the Max Martin-produced cut has already reached a Hot 100 peak of #16 thanks to its high octane music video (which can be seen here).  But, now it appears the singer (born Abel Tesfaye) is looking to push the track to even higher heights by enlisting Doja for the assist.

Just a week after Ariana Grande‘s ‘Side to Side’ co-star Nicki Minaj made history with her first Hot 100 #1 single, the Doja Cat-led ‘Say So’ (as we reported here), the GRAMMY winner has followed suit courtesy of her latest hit, ‘Stuck With U.’

As we reported here, the Justin Bieber-shared song debuted at #1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 – much to the dismay of rapper 6ix9ine.  What is certain to anger him more is the number of records broken in the wake of the tune’s crowning.

In early March (as we reported here), Britney Spears‘ teenage son, Jayden Federline, rocked headlines when he said his mom “may quit music forever.”

Detailing her ongoing legal battle/conservatorship woes with her father, Federline’s comments sparked worry among the Pop icon’s dedicated fans (affectionately called #BritneyArmy) – a fret only aided by Britney who, though active on social media, has not ever directly denied the claims.

Her actress sister, Jamie Lynn, however is doing so in her stead.  Recently taking to our friends at ‘The Hollywood Reporter,’ the youngest Spears confirmed Brit wasn’t hard at work on any new music but also assured supporters the GRAMMY winner isn’t hanging up her dancing heels quite yet.

Alicia Keys is undoubtedly Billboard’s millennium R&B Queen.

The best-selling female R&B artist of the century, she’s long dominated the organization’s related music tallies – a reign highlighted by a whopping eleven #1 hits on the ‘Adult R&B Song’ chart (more than any other artist), seven #1 hits on the ‘Top R&B/Hip Hop’ album chart, and eight #1 hits on the ‘R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay’ chart.  Pertaining to the latter, Keys previously held as the list’s leading female until this week when her ‘Put It in a Love Song’ partner Beyoncé – courtesy of her co-starring role on Megan Thee Stallion‘s ‘Savage’ – raced in for a tie.

The lift on this week’s chart, which occurred thanks to 27.3 million in radio audience impressions, made the Houston natives return female artists to the chart summit for the first time in nearly a year (following Cardi B‘s 2019 hit ‘Please Me’).

The result?  Keys & Bey share the title as the ‘R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay’ queens with 8 chart-toppers each.  As we celebrate the win, look inside to see who joins ‘Savage’ on that chart and the Hot 100 on this week’s ‘Chart Check.’
