Days after learning their 11th studio album, ‘But Here We Are,’ and some of its content were nominated for Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance, and Best Rock Album at the 2024 GRAMMYs, Foo Fighters are fighting to see the project’s housed cut, ‘The Glass,’ shine atop Billboard Rock charts again thanks to a little help from EGO winner H.E.R.

Just weeks after rocking ‘SNL‘ with a live version of the tune, the surprising duo of acts released their own versions of the cut for a double A-side single on Friday (November 17).

“Waiting for this storm to pass / Waiting on this side of the glass / But I see my reflection in you / See your reflection in me,” the veteran rockers wail on the updated track.

The original incarnation had already peaked at #5 on Billboard’s Hard Rock hitlist, but could the reinterpreted rendition by H.E.R. be just what’s needed to push it even higher?

Tuesday (November 7) brought with it the highly anticipated annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Toasting some of the year’s most “extraordinary and inspirational” women from entertainment, education business, sports, music, medicine, and more, 2023’s ceremony – hosted at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York – raised glasses to honor Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige as well as EMMY winner Quinta Brunson, Millie Bobby Brown, America Ferrera, Geena Rocero, Selma Blair, and Brooke Shields.

Tasked with wearing only gowns crafted by female designers, all the honorees may have dazzled in their jaw-dropping ensembles but few rocked the event like Blige and Brunson.

After rising to fame as musical director to superstars like Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Nicki Minaj, EMMY award-winning and GRAMMY-nominated  songwriter and producer Adam Blackstone has become a force to be reckoned with himself thanks to his 2022 debut album, ‘Legacy.’

In keeping up with the momentum of that critically acclaimed effort, Blackstone has announced his debut holiday LP, ‘A Legacy Christmas,’ and is bringing along some serious star power to make the season brighter.

Case in point? Award-winning singer-actress KeKe Palmer aboard the project’s first single ‘Christmas Kisses.’

“Ooh, Santa baby, baby, baby, please grant my wishes / Got plenty on my list but only one thing I’m missing / Now you know, you know I like diamonds and gold / But I hope you’re listening / Don’t forget about my kisses on this Christmas,” she sings on the tune’s festive chorus.

The story of Baynard Rustin is set to be illuminated like never before. At long last.

One of most prolific activists of all time, the force forms the central focus of new Netflix-powered film ‘Rustin.’

Set to premiere next month on the streamer, the movie chronicles the unwavering spirit possessed by Baynard, who is played by Emmy winner Colman Domingo.

Unapologetic about who he was, Rustin never wavered on his beliefs or who he loved. A reality that saw him make history while (in many ways) being eradicated from it too. Until now.

Directed by 5-time Tony Award winner George C. Wolfe, ‘Rustin’ will celebrate the story of a man who dared to imagine a different world and inspired a movement in a march toward freedom alongside the likes of Martin Luther King Jr.

‘Rustin’ arrives in select theaters on November 3 ahead of its Netflix debut on November 17.
