Lizzo‘s been the newcomer on everyone’s lips.

After garnering quite the underground buzz for her independent efforts, the 30-year-old – whose messages of body positivity are challenging the status quo of beauty standards – has been wowing critics with the offerings from her first major label effort, ‘Cuz I Love You.’

And, while the project went to chart battle on April 19 without much Hot 100 love to its credit (having placed none of its content on the chart to date), that didn’t stop longtime fans and new supporters from snapping up the set.  Look inside to see just how many units the album sold its first week and where it placed on the Billboard 200:

Both the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 welcomed music superstar Beyonce home thanks to entries from her live album, ‘Homecoming.’

As we previously reported (click here to read), the diva placed two projects in the album chart’s top 10 (‘Homecoming’ and her last studio effort, 2016’s ‘Lemonade’).  But, in case that wasn’t enough, the latter project’s only “new” cut – ‘Before I Let Go’ – earned a placement on the refreshed Hot 100.  A remake of the classic 1981 hit by Frankie Beverly & Maze, ‘Let’s appearance on the singles chart – fueled in great part by the #BeforeILetGoChallenge – comes as a milestone for songstress as it made her the fourth female artist in history to amass at least 60 entries on the tally.

Trailing only Nicki Minaj (whose 102 Hot 100 entries makes her the leader among women), Taylor Swift (78), and Aretha Franklin (73), Bey’s latest chart achievement joins a bevy of accomplishments the singer’s collected over her historic 20+ year career.

Adidas have big plans for their Beyonce collaboration.

Announced last month, the singer and sportswear giant have teamed up for a global relaunch of Bey’s Ivy Park alth-leisure line and more.

As reported, it was revealed that the partnership is being taken seriously by all sides and is being engineered to deliver colossal results a la Yeezy. Indeed, the performer is said to be so committed to the venture that she’s building a dedicated team who’ll head up operations from either Los Angeles or Oregon (where Adidas HQ is).

Now, more is being divulged – specifically the launch frame.

After her comeback single, ‘Sally Walker,’ walked her name right to its highest placement on the Billboard Hot 100 since 2016’s ‘Team,’ Grammy-nominee Iggy Azalea and her team took the song’s commercial performance as indication there’s clearly still demand for the rapstress.

Rather than rest on their laurels, Azalea and co. cooked up hype for its follow-up, ‘Started.’  Viewers of the ‘Walker’ video heard a sample of the cut at the end of its funeral-inspired visual.  Now, after ample teasing on social media fans can hear the song in full.
