A$AP Rocky is as renown these days for his rap repertoire as he is his modelesque aesthetic.
A wise play given today’s necessity for artists to have their hands in as many pots as possible.
Upping the style stakes, the MC re-teams with Calvin Klein by appearing in their latest #MyCalvins campaign.
A$AP joins the likes of Shawn Mendes (whose spread seems to have broken some corners of the internet), Kendall Jenner, others in the feature.

Steve Harvey has been labelled a sell-out and a “lowly coon” by critics who detest his suggestion that black entertainers should prioritise money over integrity when handling business.
This, a suggestion he offered the beloved actress Mo’Nique when she made her way to his successful talk show to discuss the inequality she faces as an Oscar-winning black woman in Hollywood.

Jussie Smollett’s role in the TV series ‘Empire’ has been reduced by producers after he was attacked in the cold streets of Chicago weeks ago.
Full story below…
‘Bust Down Thotiana’ beauty Cardi B is the latest to come down on Jussie Smollett for the drama caused by his alleged attack.
As critics continue to weigh in on news that the ‘Empire’ actor/singer not only staged but also planned and paid the attackers to commit the assault (as we reported here), Cardi took to social media to weigh in on the hoop-la. Expressing disappointment for the media circus surrounding the event, the Grammy-winner also tried to remain objective during her rant:
‘Until he say it out his mouth that it was fake and the shit was staged, I don’t want to completely blame him, because somebody I was talking to they said police in Chicago are racists. So they might probably try to frame him and make him look like he’s a liar. But if he’s not, than bro you fucked up, for real. Like, why would you do that?’

Netflix has been inundated with praise and adulation following the release of its gripping documentary ‘The Two Killings of Sam Cooke’ and its exploration into the possibility that he was murdered by figures who were threatened by his rising power.
Netflix doc ‘The Two Killings of Sam Cooke’ is rivetting. His core role in civil rights activism was unknown to me til now.
Just happenstance that Sam, MLK, Malcolm X, etc (not to mention RFK) were all shot to death within a calendar year.
