Earlier this week, That Grape Juice reported the news that Rap Prima Lil Kim had taken to the studio with 50 Cent to record a follow up to their smash hit release ‘Magic Stick‘.

Today, a snap reportedly taken from the session has surfaced which shows the Rap Queen in the company of the ‘Candy Shop‘ maestro and boxer Floyd Mayweather.

Expected to feature on Ms. Jones’ upcoming EP, due out in a few days time, the snap’s arrival also comes a week after the release of ‘Stupid Hoe, the latest track aimed at the Rapper by Pop Princess  Nicki Minaj ,who has been engaged in a war of words with the performer since 2010.

MTV News caught up with famed DJ/super-producer David Guetta shortly after his show-stopping performance on ‘America’s Got Talent’ earlier this week.  And though the ‘When Love Takes Over’ hitmaker took time to dish on his latest project ‘Nothing But the Beat’ (Augusut 29th), which features an all star list of collaborators (Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Flo’ Rida), he spoke most proudly of Jennifer Hudson and Usher‘s contribution to the record.

The R&B singers contributed “Night of Your Life” and “Without U” respectively, with Guetta citing the latter as ‘the biggest record’ on the album.  Find out what other praises the producer showered on the singers after the jump:

tgj end of year awards

As 2009 draws nearer to its close, we will be acknowledging the releases, events and shocking moments that have made the last 12 months one of music’s most memorable ever with our 3rd annual That Grape Juice: End of Year Awards.

Shaking things up somewhat from last year, the nominations process has been stream-lined this go round, with the provisional list of categories and nominees listed below. Prior to nominations going live and voting commencing this Thursday (December 17th), we’re keen to hear your feedback/suggestions on both the nominees and categories, which you can drop in the comments section below!

So quickly recapping, the final nominee list as well as actual voting goes live on December 17th. Winners will be thereafter announced on Christmas Day ( December 25th)!

(* For those wondering, Beyonce isn’t eligible for many of the awards as ‘Single Ladies’, as well as her album ‘I Am Sasha Fierce’ were both released in October 2008 – and were nominated/won many awards last year!)
