The People’s Choice Awards 2022 rocked NBC and E! airwaves Tuesday (December 6) from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica!

As its banner title relays, this show is notable for having its winners voted for entirely by the public.

Spanning a wide variety of categories from music to television, movies, and more, the 2022 ceremony saw the likes of Lizzo, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Harry Styles, and more go head-to-head for some of the night’s top honors.

Two months after tapping Travis Scott to direct his ‘Love You Better’ performance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!‘ (as we reported here), Future reunited with his fellow Hip-Hop heavyweight for the music video ‘712PM’ – the latest single from the latter’s chart-topping album, ‘I Never Liked You.’

Directed by Scott, the clip showcases a dramatic day-in-the-life of the Rap superstar – from riding in Maybachs to dodging paparazzi and loading private jets.

Hosted by Kenan Thompson, the year’s list of leading musical nominees includes Bad Bunny (7), Harry Styles (6), Lizzo and Selena Gomez (5 apiece), and Beyonce, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift (3 each).

They aren’t the only big names in the running for the night’s prized statuettes, however.

Rising R&B group FLO have been waving the flag for the genre on a global scale and show no signs of slowing down.

Having magnetized the masses with their breakout bop ‘Cardboard Box,’ the Brit-bred trio further cemented their harmonious gravitas on ‘Immature,’ ‘Summertime,’ and ‘Not My Job.’  All of which are housed on their critically acclamed EP, ‘The Lead.’

That Grape Juice caught up with members Renee and Stella at the Rated Awards 2022, where they were nominated.

Only a star of the magnitude of the legendary Norman Lear, one of television history’s most important writers and producers, can boast reassembling Destiny’s Child.

To celebrate his 100th birthday, the iconic girl group (sans leader Beyonce) lent a rocking tribute by performing ‘Moving On Up’ – the unforgettable theme song to his groundbreaking 70’s sitcom ‘The Jeffersons.’

After sending faithful DC3 fans into a frenzy via a preview, the ABC TV event honoring Lear’s centennial – ‘Norman Lear: 100 Years of Music and Laughter’ – aired Thursday night (September 22) and gave viewers a chance to see Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams strut their stuff like only they can.

In honor of the 100th birthday of Norman Lear, one of television history’s most important writers and producers, ABC announced a star-studded special featuring some of Hollywood’s biggest names.

Via the career-spanning TV event titled ‘Norman Lear: 100 Years of Music and Laughter,’ the network assembled the likes of Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney, Laverne Cox, Tom Hanks, Rita Moreno, Ms. Pat, Jay Pharoah, Jimmy Kimmel, Amy Poehler, Octavia Spencer, and more to offer skits and speeches to toast to the life of the man responsible for some of television’s most groundbreaking efforts including ‘All in the Family,’ ‘Maude,’ and ‘The Jeffersons.’

Homage to his hand in creating the latter will come courtesy of a Destiny’s Child reunion of sorts.  Look inside to get a taste of what members of the iconic girl group are serving for Norman.

Following the critical acclaim attached to the June-released ‘Skin of My Teeth,’ singer Demi Lovato doubled down on the return to their Punk Rock roots with the tune’s official follow-up, ‘Substance.’

Both songs are slated to appear on Lovato’s forthcoming album ‘HOLY FVCK,’ due on digital shelves August 19.

“I’m so excited to share another taste of what’s in store for this album. We can all relate to searching for something more in life, and I want this song to make you feel like you’re having a damn good time while doing it,” the GRAMMY nominee beamed about the July 15-unveiled ‘Substance.’

Like ‘Skin’ before it, ‘Substance’ missed the Hot 100 but has made its presence felt in the top 40 of the Billboard Rock charts (#37 as of time reported).
