Racial slurs will not be tolerated.

And Country star Morgan Wallen is learning the hard way.

As reported, the chart-topper – who had been on an unprecedented career ascend of late – found himself at the center of a storm after a video showing him using the N-Word surfaced.

In the shocking clip, a seemingly intoxicated Wallen makes racial epithets at his drunken friend after returning from a night on the town in Nashville.

This included referring to said friend as a ‘p*ssy a** m*therf*cker’ and ‘p*ssy a** n*****.’

Despite issuing an apology, radio stations and streaming services moved quickly in removing his music from their platforms.

And now his record label is following suit.

Though hot on the promo trail for Black Eyed Peas‘ latest single, ‘Girl Like Me’ (featuring Shakira), Will.I.Am – the group’s frontman – is redirecting his attention to philanthropic efforts, namely causes supported by his i.am Angel Foundation.

The nonprofit organization already earned praise for the funds its raised for STEM education programs and robotics clubs for over 1,200 American grade school students, but now he’s asking fans to help him raise funds for children who cannot afford proper education.

Taking to press, a rep for the i. Am Angel Foundation said:

“2020 showed the world how dire things really are when these basic things are taken away. Some of the best and brightest young minds are being set back by a double whammy – long-standing systemic issues, multiplied by a pandemic that disproportionately hurts communities of color.”

To highlight the need, the famed singer-songwriter-producer (sans The Peas) unveiled a music video for the song ‘American Dream.’
