Much like Beyonce, former Fifth Harmony star Normani not only found her roots in a girl group, but also emerged from the composite as a fiery performer that’s left stages lit from killer choreography, sex appeal, and undeniable stage presence.

Because of the similarities some of the latter’s fans have already begun christening her the second coming of the Queen Bey – a comparison ‘Mani recently told ‘Fader’ is flattering yet undue.

 “It’s flattering but I definitely have room to grow and improve. I want to work for my spot. It’s not fair that I’m the next Beyoncé just yet. But I hope to become that,” she said.

This, due in large part to the fact the 22-year-old’s debut album has yet to arrive.  However, given the list of heavy-hitting producers and songwriters set to line its credits list (see:  Missy Elliott, Boi-1da, Danja, Ester Dean, The Dream, DJ Mustard, and more), it’s easy to see how and why industry analysts and fans alike are forecasting the set to be a major breakthrough toward the young singer’s goal of being ‘the next Beyonce.’

Yikes! ‘Still Tippin’ emcee Slim Thug has tipped right on over to the bad side of the C-Squad (singer Ciara‘s beloved fan base) after he asserted in a recent radio interview the Grammy-winner’s marriage to footballer Russell Wilson was a sham.

Referencing her dating track record prior to her marriage to the Seahawks star (the couple recently celebrated their 2 year anniversary), Slim Thugga was not shy with his suggestion that the union was more of a move for ‘financial stability’ by Cici.

Zayn keeps the tap of fresh music a-flowing with the release of new song ‘Too Much.’

Produced by Timbaland (who also features on the track), the song serves as the latest taste of the former One Direction star’s long-awaited sophomore album.

Is the world ready for a collaboration of the Queen Bee and the Queen Bey?  Lil’ Kim sure hopes so, a recent interview reveals.

The Grammy-winning rapstress, hot on the promo trail in support of her new song ‘Nasty One’ (found aboard her soon-to-come fifth studio album), took to an interview with DJ Whoo Kid to discuss the creative process behind the long-awaited set and name-dropped Beyonce as a wishlist collaborator.

Fans of ‘Twice’ singer Christina Aguilera found themselves looking twice at recent snaps of the songstress which appeared to reveal what some are saying resembled a baby bump.

The news, which eventually began being reported by some outlets as fact, received mixed reaction from the Grammy winner’s fan base (affectionately called #Fighters) as some argued it would jeopardize her forthcoming ‘Liberation’ tour by postponement or outright cancellation ahead of its scheduled September kick off.
