DJ Mustard may be most famous for cranking out some of Urban music’s biggest hits over the last five years, but the hitmaker is no stranger to flexing his “Pop” muscle – a feat he makes quite clear with the Nick Jonas-led ‘Anywhere.’

Unveiled on May 11th after much teasing, the EDM-flavored jam – which was co-written by Anderson.Paak – is seriously summertime ready and just the sound we’ve been missing from the 25-year-old heartthrob.

Ne-Yo is charging ahead full steam with new album ‘Good Man.’

Serving as the star’s seventh studio effort, the LP now has a confirmed tracklist, cover, and release date of June 8th.

Having whet appetites with the set’s title track and summer jam ‘Push Back,’ the crooner issues an ‘Apology’ on the latest taste of the project.

Produced by DJ Camper, the song finds Mr. Smith in reflective mode mulling over those he’s hurt along the way to becoming a… good man.

Explaining the concept of the track, he said:

“A lot of women had to suffer heartache they didn’t deserve in order for me to become the man I am. I can never undo my wrongs but at the very least I can say I’m sorry. Check out my new joint “Apology.”

Rihanna is renown for saying it like she means it and one reporter learned the hard way.

The Bajan belle chatted it up with press as she arrived at the launch party for her new lingerie line, ‘Savage.’

Perhaps in a bid to be topical, the interviewer quizzed her on the upcoming Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Specifically asking whether she had been invited.

Her response was quintessential RiRi. Watch below to see what we mean…

With its top 10 position on real time iTunes digital sales chart (as of time reported) it’s pretty safe to say America is jamming to the diva collective cut, ‘Girls,’ delivered today by Rita Ora, Cardi B, Charli XCX, and Bebe Rexha.

And, while the tune is well on its way to heating up the Billboard charts ahead of the premiere of its accompanying music video, it’s been drawing a different kind of heat from members of the LGBT community (and its supporters).  Garnering quite the chatter for the encouragement of girl-on-girl action housed in its direct lyrics, detractors argue its message is  ‘marginalizing’ and ‘culturally tone deaf.’

Two major names who support said stance?  Singers Kehlani and Hayley Kiyoko.  See their damning statements inside:

It is absolutely a good time to be Donald Glover.

Beyond having a hit TV show courtesy of FX’s ‘Atlanta,’ the 34-year-old star is readying an onslaught of movie theaters with his leading role in “Solo: A Star Wars Story.”  But, as his time in front of cameras is yielding praise from critics and fans along the way, his highest laud is coming from the music scene (where he’s known as Childish Gambino).

As we reported here, his latest single ‘This Is America’ – a poignant look at gun violence, race relations, and the social impact of the media on today’s youth – dropped jaws and got tongues wagging for its graphic depictions.  The result of that viral response?  The song shot to #1 on Spotify and iTunes (where it currently sits as of time reported).

Now, as its first full sales tracking week’s come to a close, reports have it the tune could dethrone Drake‘s ‘Nice For What’ on next week’s Hot 100.  Details inside:
