In addition to promoting the final season of WETv’s hit reality series, ‘Mary Mary,’ ‘Speak the Word’ wailer Tina Campbell took to daytime talk show ‘The Real’ to speak on the controversy surrounding her recently reiterated support of sitting president Donald Trump.

As fans of the songstress know, she’s never been shy about backing the businessman-turned-politician, but the comments recently picked up some serious steam.  So much so, Campbell became the center of vicious verbal attacks on her social media handles (leading her to temporarily disable the comments on them).

When quizzed about the hoop-la, she definitely did not mince words and reminded people why she voted for “The Donald” in the first place:

Readers of That Grape Juice know what avid music lovers we are – especially of hits past.

So, just as our retrospective features ‘From the Vault’ and ‘TGJ Replay’ allow us the chance to re-spin the gems and jams of yesterday of one artist, our newest feature Chart Rewind – a variation of our current Retro Rewind assay – accedes salutes to an entire era of music history.

This week we’d very much like to ode ‘Miss You Much’ – the first single from pop icon Janet Jackson‘s magnum opus, ‘Rhythm Nation 1814’ [click here to read our ode to the album]…

The move to Tuesdays hasn’t proven itself the most lucrative for ABC hit comedy, ‘Black-ish’ (Anthony Anderson, Tracee Ellis Ross).  Airing on Wednesdays for seasons 1-3, the show’s quaternary season premiere (October 3) saw it relocated to Tuesday nights and pitted up against ratings titans ‘This Is Us’ (NBC) and ‘Bull’ (CBS).

Sadly, despite critical acclaim for the timely, “in your face” subject matter presented on last night’s episode, its viewership did not reflect the fanfare.

Demi Lovato is in top form if the Hot 100 is anything to judge by.

In addition to seeing her sixth album, ‘Tell Me You Love Me,’ headed straight to the top of album streaming charts next week (#2 overall on the Billboard 200), the powerhouse songstress is also shining on the singles charts.

The set’s lead single, ‘Sorry Not Sorry,’ was released back in early July but – thanks to renewed interest in the track due to promotion of its parent project – the Oak Felder-produced cut has found its way to the top 10.  Coming as not only a victory for Lovato (whose last top 10 hit, ‘Heart Attack,’ peaked in the chart’s topmost dectet in 2013), but also for women overall as this year’s Hot 100 – especially the top 10 – has certainly been in need of some estrogen doses.

See who joins her on the Cardi B-led chart on this week’s refreshed “Chart Check:  Hot 100”:

The reality of Miley Cyrus‘ predicament seems to be having a stinging effect on the singer.

Indeed, despite initial promise, her stripped back reinvention with new album ‘Younger Now’ hasn’t garnered appreciation from critics or fans; the latter of which have not been rushing to buy the set as they did with prior projects.

During an interview with on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM show today, she offered a reaction of sorts to the matter.

See what she had to say below…
