The latest came last night at the GQ All-Stars celebration.

Looking chic in a black and silver ensemble, the 21-year-old turned heads as she arrived at the event.

As reported here, Grammy-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar was picked to helm the official motion picture soundtrack to Marvel’s highly anticipated new film, ‘Black Panther’ (in theaters February 16).

Preceded by the iTunes chart-topping cut, ‘Pray for Me’ featuring The Weeknd (click here to listen to that), the K.Dot soundtrack sees him call on a list of other well known names in the Urban arena including his fellow TDE comrades such as SZA, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, and more.  As if they aren’t enough to send fans into a frenzy, listeners can also expect guest appearances from the likes of Travis Scott, Khalid, 2 Chainz, Anderson.Paak, and many more.

There’s no doubt about it…Taylor Swift‘s sales are astronomical.

Unfortunately, the last week has seen her fans clash with Beyonce loyalists and, to some extent, taunt Chris Brown supporters after his latest LP ‘Heartbreak on a Full Moon’ moved a modest 5,000 units in pure sales in the last chart week.

Are we the only ones who love when awards’ season is in full swing?

With the VMAs and American Music Awards in our rearview, the People’s Choice Awards, Golden Globes, Academy Awards, and Grammy’s ahead are now joined by the NAACP Image Awards.

Unveiling its full list of nods today, the prestigious award honors actors, actresses, singers, authors, and activists of color, in and out of the entertainment industry, via its 49th annual presentation this year live on TV One.

Music royals Mary J. Blige and JAY-Z lead the overall music pack with five nominations a piece.

They are followed by Bruno Mars, Issa Rae, Kendrick Lamar, and SZA with four nominations.

Elsewhere Netflix and OWN lead in the TV categories.
