“Unbelievable. Unstoppable. Unbreakable”

Cop a gander of Janet Jackson!

The Pop queen, who is reportedly pregnant with her first child, covers the latest issue of Emirates Woman magazine.

Flashing her trademark smile, the superstar songstress appears in the publication in support of her luxury Unbreakable Diamonds Collection.

Interestingly, it’s the first traditional promo she’s embarked on since her comeback. And, given how great she looks, we wish she’d have done more shoots in this vein (even if selectively) to plug her stellar album.

In any case, peep more gorgeous pics below…

As reported here, the tight race for the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 kept fans of Ariana Grande, Drake, and Blake Shelton on the edge of their seats until tallying ended this weekend.

A debate starter for sure as early predictions forecasted Drizzy would sell the least, but thanks to streaming, would probably retain the top spot with his hit album ‘Views.’  Conversely, Shelton – who was on track to sell the most – would probably debut the lowest of the three due to lack of streaming.  Lastly, Grande – with her third album ‘Dangerous Woman’ – would potentially see her set mark the first time she missed the #1 spot.

Now, with the official numbers in, it appears the predictions were all spot on.  While Drake’s set shifted 189,000 equivalent album units this week (50,000 of which were in traditional album sales), Ari’s project debuted at #2 with 175,000 equivalent album units (129,000 in pure album sales).

To-date ‘Halo’ remains one of Beyonce‘s biggest hits. And for Ryan Tedder, the Pop maestro who produced it, the track birthed a level of respect for Queen Bey that continues to grow.

When quizzed about his thoughts on her chart-topping 6th album ‘Lemonade,’ the One Republic frontman was more than endorsing.

Bryson Tiller is on a blazing trail.

The rising star may have courted controversy when his debut ‘T R A P S O U L’ was certified Platinum on merit of mostly streams, but there’s no denying the tangibility of his buzz. Especially following the success of ‘Don’t’ – which peaked at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Aiming to cement his status as R&B’s definitive one-to-watch, the 23-year-old has debuted the video for latest single ‘Exchange.’

Released last year, the song has been on a steady ascend in the Urban arena and has managed to climb to #23 on the US tally.

With a visual, courtesy of Rohan Mangat, in the mix, can it leap higher. Watch below and let us know…

In isolation, Whitney Houston‘s death remains one of music’s biggest tragedies. Yet, the aftermath of her passing continues to rustle feathers.

From the demise of daughter Bobbi Kristina, to a divisive biopic, and more recently a hologram fiasco, it’s been far from plain sailing for the late singer’s estate – which is headed up by sister-in-law Pat Houston.

The icon’s posthumous narrative takes another interesting turn today, for it has been announced that over 100 of her personal items are being put up for auction – including her passport.

It was the reunion fans and critics of Lady Gaga had long pined for. Therefore, many rejoiced when it was confirmed that the 30-year-old had re-teamed with hitmaker RedOne for her upcoming album.

Together, the pair have moulded hits such as ‘Bad Romance,”Just Dance,’ and ‘Poker Face’ before parting ways prior to the recording of 2013’s polarizing ‘ARTPOP.’

Naturally excitement encased their collective comeback, however RedOne’s words in a new interview have poured a cold coat of uncertainty on whether their new work will ever be heard by the masses.

Alicia Keys continues to strut the promotional pavement in support of her new single ‘In Common.’

Said trail has led her to the front of Fault Magazine’s latest issue.

The 15-time Grammy winner sports minimal make-up in the shoot, which she alludes to being a deliberate move as she strives to embrace her imperfections.

I’m learning to try and let go of the word “perfection”. It’s not real and it’s a word that tears us down. There is no way to be perfect and no fun in being perfect. You can’t be happy unless you let yourself be vulnerable and make mistakes because we’re always evolving. No one knows it all and I damn sure don’t know it all! I force myself to look in the mirror and own who I am and to own MY beautiful. So what that I have breakouts or so what that my knees are pudgy, there simply is no perfect. Once I can teach myself that there is no perfect and that I am meant to have my FAULTS, that is when I become beautiful.

Eloquently put.

Well, hello!

Viewers of BET‘s hit series ‘Chasing Destiny’ have watched intently as Kelly Rowland and Frank Gatson pieced together (what they’re hoping will be) music’s next big girl group.

On last night’s episode, the as yet unnamed five-piece posed it up in their first ever photoshoot.

Lensed by Rob Ector, it’s the first stylised glimpse at what the Epic Records quintet look like as a collective.

With folk already raving about how they sound, see more of how they look below…
