It’s officially Beyonce season!

The superstar songstress (and reigning Queen Bey) kicked off the promotional push for her fiercely anticipated sixth studio album in partnership with Elle.

Per the shot above, the 34-year-old covers the May 2016 US issue of the publication ahead of the release of the LP. She also features a-front of the UK edition.

Preceded by taster cut ‘Formation,’ the project is easily one of the year’s most eagerly awaited. Word has it details on the follow-up to 2013’s self titled are due when the magazine’s hit shelves next week.

Beyonce just sprung a surprise on fans with the debut of the first (of what we’re told will be a few) commercials for her Topshop clothing line Ivy Park.

More than a typical celebrity endorsement, the project sees Bey go into business with the fashion giant to form a spin-off company focussed on athletic-lesiure-wear.

The TIDAL saga continues.

Jay Z‘s late foray into the streaming arena has been anything but a walk in Central Park for the New York mogul.

Well documented is the difficulties the platform has faced, but things – in recent times have looked to be on the up thanks to high profile releases from some of its artist-owners (see: Kanye West and Rihanna).

Now, it would appear that while fresh plans are in place to further differentiate the service from rivals such as Spotify, there continues to be drama on the backend.
