With over a dozen musical tag teams over the last decade-and-a-half, YG and Ty Dolla $ign have launched some of modern Hip-Hop’s most memorable collaborations to charts, streaming platforms, and radio.

Their latest bid to keep that trend intact comes courtesy of the new single ‘Teach You How to Luh Me’ released Friday (April 3).

“Now you got me lookin’ at you shady (Lookin’ at you shady, oh yeah) / Thought you was my baby (Thought you was my babe) / Hate the way you played me (Played) / Had me out here looking crazy, guess I gotta / Teach you how to love me, teach you how to love me,” Ty croons over BankRoll Got It production.

Buoyed by a sample of Cali Swag District‘s unforgettable 2010 smash ‘Teach Me How to Dougie,’ the video is also dedicated to that Rap group’s late member M-Bone who was killed in 2011.

Yeat may be a shoo-in for his fifth consecutive Billboard 200 top 10 hit next week with his March 27-released album ‘ADL,’ but that’s not enough for him to rest on his laurels in promotion of the star-studded project.

Following the warm reception of the set’s first single ‘Let the King Talk,’ the rapper (born Noah Smith) is really hoping to get people talking with its follow-up: ‘Naked.’

“I just like to see you naked / I just like to see you naked / I don’t like the games you playin’ / Yeah, I just like to see you take it,” he raps over Rampa production.

On Wednesday (April 1), he unveiled the tune’s official music video – a self-directed affair starring GRAMMY-nominated rapstress Ice Spice.

It’s been over four months since Jessie J first introduced the critically acclaimed ‘Don’t Tease Me with a Good Time‘ – her first studio album in over a decade – but the GRAMMY-nominated diva is still traipsing the promo trail in its support.

After gifting the single treatment to fan-favorite housed cuts ‘No Secrets,’ ‘Living My Best Life,’ ‘Believe in Magic,’ ‘H.A.P.P.Y.,’ and ‘I’ll Never Know Why,’ this week she gave new life to the touching tune ‘Comes in Waves’ by unveiling its official music video.

“It comes in waves, like I’m drownin’ in a love I crave that you gave to me / And I hate how much I miss the future that we never made / I’m holdin’ on to hope with me everywhere I go,” she sings over Jesse Boykins III production.

J waxes candid about the song which she says was written about the “layers of grief” and sadness after “having a miscarriage in 2021.”
