Lady Gaga is on whimsical winning streak of late.

Accolades, including a Golden Globe have been showered upon the singer, who is being tipped for Oscar success too.

Before then, the 2016 Grammy Awards is her closest stop and she’s paired up with Intel to ensure it’ll be all sorts of impactful.

Beyond confirmation that the showing will be a David Bowie tribute, secrecy has encased the performance. However the tech giant, the show’s committee, and  the singer’s Haus of Gaga imprint have teamed to share a preview of what fans can expect from Mother Monster at the February 15th spectacle.

Fantasia is frying up soulful sounds for her fifth studio album.

After dropping buzz cut ‘No Time For It’ last month, the American Idol songbird has been nesting in the studio with music maestro Ron Fair.

Few other details have been divulged, however a clip of the two in the studio has surfaced and we’re been hitting that replay button ever since.

The Queen of Pop has been spotted.

Janet Jackson was sidelined in December with an undisclosed ailment which required urgent surgery.

The occurrence saw the fierce 49-year-old forced to postpone the latest leg of her mega-selling ‘Unbreakable World Tour.’

Now, with all dates rescheduled and the European leg of the trek set to kick off next month, Ms. Jackson hit London this week to prepare.

For, after the former found a “friend” in the latter’s ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, she follows in her footsteps by remixing Yo Gotti‘s ‘Down in the DM.’

The cut drops before the unveiling of her new LP ‘More Issues Than Vogue’ which will see her make a departure from the sound she delivered on her first two LPs.

Zayn Malik is definitely music’s newest heartthrob to give Justin Bieber a run for his money.

As reported here, the former ‘One Direction’ divo was set to zoom to #1 on the Hot 100 with his official debut single ‘Pillow Talk.’  With the tallying week complete reports indicate he not only bested initial predictions of 250,000 units shifted, the tune also bests the chart stats of his former group (who, to date, have failed to nab a #1 on the singles chart).  As if the impressive first week sales and ousting Bieber from the top spot weren’t enough, Malik also made history with his first trip to the chart’s summit.

*Zayn is the first U.K. artist to debut at No. 1 on the Hot 100 with a first charted single.

*Zayn is the first artist whose first name starts with a Z ever to top the Hot 100.

*Zayn is the first one-time member of a Hot 100-charting boy band to score a No. 1 with a debut single.  

*Note:  Technically, the first was George Harrison of The Beatles in 1970, but that was pre-Soundscan.

But, before he gets too comfortable, it seems the crooner’s run at #1 may be short lived if the performances of Drake‘s ‘Summer Sixteen’ and Rihanna‘s ‘Work’ are any indication.  With strong showings not too far from Malik’s [on the streaming and airplay front] in the last chart week, next week’s Hot 100 may see a serious shake-up.

Potent perfectionist or tricky troller? With Kanye West, it’s anyone’s guess.

Less than 24 hours remain until the rapper debuts his latest studio album in cinemas across the globe (live from Madison Square Garden) – and only now has its title been confirmed.

Changed officially four times (three of which occurred in the last month), the project (once titled ‘So Help Me God’…then ‘SWISH’…and then ‘Waves’) now has a new name.
