Janelle Monae‘s Wondaland collective are making all sorts of major moves.

Having dominated the airwaves this summer with hits such as ‘Yoga’ and Jidenna‘s ‘Classic Man,’ the eclectic outfit have hit the road for ‘The Eeuphus Tour.’

Mounted in support of the group’s recently released ‘Eephus’ EP, the Toyota-powered trek is unique in that attendance is free – with fans winning entry.

One of the stops on the 8-city jaunt was New York’s Highline Ballroom and oh did Wondaland show up and show out.

Rome wasn’t built in a day.

The saying above seems to be one  that’s found a fan in the singer Rihanna who has spent the last two years building her eighth studio album.

Alas, the time the artist has spent to perfect the release has seen her come under fire from critics who argue that her departure from Def Jam and the threat of competition from the likes of Taylor Swift, Adele and Beyonce are the real reasons she’s yet to unleash the project.

Now, her fans have good reason to believe it’s set to take off sooner rather than later now snaps from a brand new shoot have surfaced online.

Very rarely do spin-off’s and sequels best the original. However, for VH1’s ‘Love & Hip-Hop’ franchise, it’s occurred not once but twice.

Indeed, ratings for the Atlanta branch of the regally ratchet series continually top that of the New York anchor and the Hollywood series is making a serious beeline for the top-spot with its titillating storylines.

With its season 2 premiere set for September 7th, watch this newly released supertrailer for the latest ‘Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood.’

Despite rising to fame on the wings of one of the summer’s biggest Urban smashes ‘2 On,’ a recent interview sees high octane performer Tinashe warn fans not to expect too many more numbers reminiscent of the DJ Mustard-produced hit on her next project. 

As reported here, she’s already announced that she’s entrusting her sophomore album, the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Aquarius,’ to the hands of heavyweights Dr. Luke & Max Martin.  The pop purveyors, who have crafted hits for the likes of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Katy Perry, and more, are taking the lead on her long-awaited second release (due before the year’s end).

And, while they sift through some 30+ tracks already recorded, T took to Billboard to give fans even more clues around what to expect for her forthcoming release.
