It’s official: Justin Bieber is back and “Bieber fever” is still well and intact.
If you need evidence look no further than this week’s Hot 100. There, you’ll find the pop prince enjoying a historic week reigning atop the tally with his latest single ‘What Do You Mean‘ and elsewhere in the top 10 with single ‘Where Are U Now.’ After a whirlwind week of promo (see: MTV VMAs, various talk show appearances, etc.), Bieber dethrones last week’s champ/fellow Canadian crooner The Weeknd and arrives at the top to the tune of 337,000 sold its first week.
The feat not only gives Bieber the first chart-topper of his career, but also puts him in the history books as the youngest act ever to debut at #1 on the Hot 100.
