It’s no question that pint size powerhouse Ariana Grande hit a slam dunk with her show-stopping halftime show at the 2015 NBA All Star game.

Wielding a slew of her chart-toppers, the young diva bounced her way from hit to hit via the 11 minute headlining set – much to the delight of her faithful #Arianators.

Critics, on the other hand, weren’t so pleased.

After tapping ‘Bang Bang’ co-star Nicki Minaj to join her on stage for last night’s showing, the ‘Problem’ songstress seems to have had quite a problem with naysayers who’ve weighed in on her assets (or lack thereof).

Taking to social media, read her lengthy rant below:

‘On & On’ pretty much sums up Azealia Banks continued Twitter assail against Grammy-winning songstress Erykah Badu.

As we reported here, Banks dispensed a mouthful of not-so-subliminal shade toward the Queen of Neo-Soul’s way for letting fans know she wasn’t exactly a fan.  After calling Badu ‘old’ and ‘jealous’ of her music, the singer’s cute response led fans to assume the twosome squashed their Twitter tiff by Valentine’s night.

Well, as tweets shot out as recent as yesterday morning indicated, Azealia didn’t exactly get everything off her chest this weekend.

Capitol may have hoped 2008 would see Katy Perry emerge as the year’s leading breakout act, but there was no doubt that title was held by Lady GaGa by the year’s end, overshadowing the singer’s ‘One of the Boys‘ with her critic-pleasing LP ‘The Fame.’

World domination came next, seeing the native New Yorker become Pop’s fastest rising star, riding on a wave of infectious Pop bops, fashion-fuelled headlines and fans that saw her brand rise to rival Beyonce‘s, earning two collaborations with the “selective” chanteuse.

However, it wouldn’t be long before things to a turn for the worst, beginning with the release of the singer’s second studio album ‘Born This Way‘, marking the start of the singer’s commercial decline and fall from grace in the eyes of the general public.

So, what did her first two eras (see ‘The Fame Monster‘) serve that the panned ‘Born’ didn’t?

Our theory? “Black” music.
