With his “dark era” behind him, Justin Bieber makes way to safer ground before the release of his next studio album, no doubt hoping to clean up messes made around the release of his ‘Journals.’

Now he plans to tackle said drama head on with his very own ‘Comedy Roast‘ special hosted by Kevin Hart, set to hit Comedy Central on March 3oth.

Proving that there is little he can’t tackle, chart force Ed Sheeran served up a dynamite rendition of Christina Aguilera‘s ‘Dirrty’ today on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.

The Brit, who has achieved global success over the last year, is coincidently in town for tomorrow night’s BRIT Awards – which he’ll be performing at live from London’s O2 Arena.

Perhaps warming up for the big show, Sheeran rocked his Live Lounge set with a unique spin on Xtina’s 2002 classic – Redman rap included.

Rihanna isn’t the only major name attached to Dreamworks‘ new animated movie, ‘Home’.

Pop diva Jennifer Lopez will actually voice the character of RiRi’s mother in the flick, which hits US theaters on March 27th.

Naturally, with the release drawing near, tracks from the film’s accompanying soundtrack (which was initially supposed to be a Ms. Fenty album) have begun to surface.

J.Lo’s offering, ‘Feel The Light’, debuted today along with a lyric video.

Beyonce‘s ‘Me, Myself & I’ finds a home in Big Sean‘s discography this year, remixed by the ‘IDFWU’ rapper in a freestyle released to support his new album ‘Dark Sky Paradise.’

The song originally appeared on Carter’s debut album ‘Dangerously in Love’ and followed the singles ‘Crazy in Love‘ and ‘Baby Boy‘, helping its parent album touch sales of 11 million units worldwide.

Secrecy (or should we say confusion) still shrouds how exactly her new album/s will be rolled out. What is presently known is that the track is the lead release from the ‘Home’ movie soundtrack – which itself will reportedly serve a project of sorts for the star.

Tonight brought with it the highly anticipated return of NBC’s ‘The Voice.’

Kicking off its season 8 with original judges Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Christina Aguilera, the trio welcomed Pharrell Williams to the fold again to christen the next generation of pop’s top talents.

Continuing her domination of the channel’s lineup tonight, the vibrant Aguilera hit the promo trail for the series by taking to ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’ to show off her funny bone.  Lending her best impression of pop icons Cher and Britney Spears, tuck in to see Xtina nail an impersonation of her former rival and more!

The stinging quotes above were lifted from a recent interview with legendary Tony Award-nominated star Sheryl Lee Ralph.  The actress, best known for her roles on Broadway’s ‘Dreamgirls’ and later TV’s ‘Moesha,’ recently took to Access Hollywood Live to dish on the ever-controversial report that Academy Award-winning actress Mo’Nique had been “blackballed” by Hollywood since nabbing the 2010 Oscar for Best Supporting Actress (for ‘Precious’).

Ralph, 58, briefly shared TV time with Mo’Nique aboard the Urban family comedy ‘Moesha’ and is now sharing some harsh advice for her friend regarding the matter.  Hear her stance below:
