‘Crazy in Love’ collaborators Beyonce & Jay Z have seen their long-running reign atop Pop culture celebrated this year, topping Billboard’s 2014 ‘Power 100′ list.

Hailed the ‘King & Queen‘ by the outlet, moves made by the couple in 2013 have secured them the top spot, as both continue to reap rewards made from mega-selling albums, lucrative brand partnerships and the element of surprise both employed to shock, shake and slam their closest rivals!

‘Kiss Me Once’.

That’s exactly what Kylie Minogue is inviting fans to do on her 12th studio album.

The Pop diva revealed the tongue in cheek title, as well as its accompanying cover moments ago via Metro Online.

Proceeded by lead single ‘Into The Blue’ (which receives its “official” debut on January 27th), the LP marks Minogue’s first under Jay-Z’s management firm Roc Nation.

Given the uber the visual era we’re in, Kylie has scored a home-run with the cover. Here’s hoping the material inside is just as hot.

The countdown to the 56th Annual Grammy Awards is officially.

This Sunday’s extravaganza is poised to make quite the impact with performances from some of music’s biggest names – a list that is reported to include Beyonce and Madonna.

And while speculation mounts about the divas involvement with the show, the evening’s seating arrangements only pour fuel on the flames.

Access Hollywood have been on-hand at the venue of the spectacle (LA’s Staples Center), and today shared snaps of who is sitting where on music’s biggest calendar night.

As you see above, Mr and Mrs Carter have – naturally – been awarded front row spot. Where will everyone else be placed?

As his pal Usher continues to craft the masterpiece many hope his next album will be, Rico Love continues to soar towards critical acclaim today, doing so with his very own take on Rick Ross‘ ‘Devil is a Lie.’

A far cry from the Pop radio-ready hits he penned for the likes of Beyonce and Kelly Rowland, his remix of the jam stands as nothing short of fire…even though its Hip Hop cliche-soaked do very little to showcase the genius that earned a 2009 Grammy nomination for the smash hit, ‘Sweet Dreams.’

For, just days before his peers celebrate the 56th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, Miami served as the scene of his alleged crimes hours ago, when he was arrested reportedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

With his lucrative career hanging in the balance, Justin Bieber has little to smile about following his arrest this morning for DUI and drag racing.

However, the 19-year-old does just that is this tragic mug shot – just released by TMZ.

Contrary to its title, Pitbull & Ke$ha‘s ‘Timber’ has yet to see a significant fall since its chart debut weeks ago.  In fact, the week brings with it news that the pop/rap duo have landed their third week atop the Billboard Hot 100.

Despite significant gains from the likes of Katy Perry, OneRepublic, and Lorde‘s newest single, Pit and Ke$h continue to cash in on their infectious duet.

But, as their grip on supporting charts (i.e. Steaming Songs and Digital Songs) loosens, will it affect their stance at the top? We will see.  Until then, check out this week’s edition of TGJ Chart Check for singles…

After a lengthy spell away from the music scene, Jennifer Hudson blazes back with new single ‘I Can’t Describe (The Way I Feel) (ft. T.I)’.

The Pharrell Williams production is the first to be lifted from Hudson’s third studio album, due later this year.

Sonically, the cut signals quite the shift for the ballad-driven diva – a point she hammers home with its sensual new music video.

As R&B newcomers go, Sevyn Streeter easily serves as one of the genre’s biggest breakout stars.

Signed to Atlantic Records by way of Chris Brown‘s CBE imprint, the talented singer/songwriter has been building quite the fanbase since blazing onto the scene with hits such as ‘I Like It’ and ‘It Won’t Stop’.

Both tracks are housed on Streeter’s debut EP ‘Call Me Crazy, But’, which was hailed by critics upon its release this Winter.

Jennifer Lopez is playing no games.

The dynamite diva has unwrapped a blazing new banger titled ‘Girls’.

Premiered via DJ Mustard, who is also co-billed on the track, the cut sees the American Idol judge continue her re-embrace of Urban.

Indeed, gone – so it seems – is the EDM that has dominated much of her recent music and in its place a return of sorts to the sound that birthed the “J.Lo” movement.
