Magic Johnson found himself the brunt of many-a-slam from Donald Sterling during the embattled LA Clippers owner’s infamous AC360 interview last night.

Shelling out claims that legendary former Los Angeles Lakers star did nothing for the African American community and should be “ashamed” of having HIV, the Anderson Cooper-hosted interview pushed Sterling right back atop another media firestorm.  With spectators flooding Twitter with standout quotes from the candid sit down, Johnson took to the social media network to say:

Not even a full 24 hours since its official release, the album is already soaring to the top of digital charts worldwide.  As of time reporting, the album boasts supremacy over 50 countries’ chart tallies on its path to global domination including.

It appears Shonda Rhimes has an appetite for ‘Scandal’. The creator of the hit ABC show has re-teamed up with the network for her latest series ‘How To Get Away With Murder’.

A favourite at the ABC Upfronts, the show is led by Oscar nominee Viola Davis who plays criminal defence attorney and professor Annalise DeWitt. 

The show, a legal thriller, follows DeWitt and her ambitious law school students who become entangled in a murder mystery that could have major ramifications on their entire university — as well as change the course of their lives.

Much ado greeted the announcement that Ben Affleck had been cast as caped crusader Batman in the as-yet-untitled sequel to ‘Man of Steel’.

Having weathered the media stormed that followed the reveal last year, the Oscar winner is once again back in the headlines today following the unveiling of the first “still” of him in the movie.

Decked in the action-hero’s classic get-up, the actor poses beside the iconic batmobile in the smouldering snap.

There are many ways to keep warm in the Winter, but for FOX scorching new show ‘Empire’ is their top pick.

Produced by film-making maestro Lee Daniels (whose credits include ‘The Butler’ and ‘Precious’), the sexy and powerful new drama relays the life of the head of a music empire whose three sons and ex-wife all battle for his throne.

Set to debut later this year, the show – which was reportedly the subject of a fierce bidding war between four networks – stars Oscar nominees Terrance Howard and Taraji P. Henson, as well as talented newcomers Jussie SmolletBryshere Gray, and Trai Byers. Interestingly, hitmaker Timbaland is producing original music for the show.
