As super-producers go, they don’t come more successful than Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins.

The hitmaker embodies the word in the most literal sense, having cooked up chart smashes for the likes of Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Lady GaGa, and Whitney Houston.

Now, the Grammy winner is venturing into reality TV with his singer wife Joy Enriquez. Christened ‘House Of Joy’, the show (which airs on Jennifer Lopez‘s new Spanglish channel, NUVOtv) chronicles the couple’s day-to-day life, as well as Enririque’s musical ambition.

Of course, in the spirit of asking the questions you want us to, we quizzed Jerkins on the latest projects he’s working on – which he revealed to be Mariah Carey, Kylie Minogue, Justin Bieber, and more.

Hit ‘PLAY’ to check out our EXCLUSIVE interview with the Rodney and Joy AND be sure to check out ‘House of Joy’ Thursdays at 10/9C only on NUVOtv!

Oh no.

As supporters of 2013’s brightest star Ariana Grande, we eagerly anticipate the release of her debut album ‘Yours Truly’ on September 3rd.

With this in mind, try your best to imagine our horror upon laying eyes on its recently released cover art, bland and disturbing…all at the same time.

Lacking the personality that draws so many to her music, but too ‘Lolita-esque’ to look at without playing re-runs of ‘To Catch A Predator’ in one’s mind, the cover is-rather unfortunately- all shades of off putting.

Here’s hoping the response it will no doubt garner encourages Camp Grande to change it in time for release, baring her young audience- and the mothers they’ll pester to pick up the album for them, in mind.

Competition this way comes.

As the Monsters prepare to get its hands on Lady GaGa‘s brand new single ‘Applause’, today saw the song find fresh competition in Katy Perry, and the first single to be pulled from her new album ‘Prism’.

Why, you ask?

She did that!

One month after giving birth to her son, Logan, singer and reality star Tamar Braxton introduced her adorable bundle of joy to the world on Good Morning America today.

The youngster is the first child for Braxton and husband Vincent Herbert (manager to stars such as Lady GaGa and Mindless Behavior).

While getting to grips with motherhood, the youngest of the Braxton clan isn’t halting her hustle; she’s currently starring as a host on Fox’s new daytime talker The Real, while gearing up for the release of her new album ‘Love & War’ on September 3rd. Thereafter, the outspoken star will hit the road with John Legend October through December. No resting on the laurels of her surname or life parter; she works hard for the money! More power to her!

As good it was, Lady GaGa‘s ‘Born This Way’ saw itself belaboured with inspiring but at times overbearing messages- lacking the subtlety she employed in the likes of ‘Paparazzi’.

Basically, for an album that stressed the importance of equality within humanity, the project did at times feel anything but human, switching ‘The Fame Monster‘s vulnerability for well meaning but stifling propaganda.

Now, the star’s producer DJ White Shadow has opened up the direction of her new single ‘Applause’ with Jann Wenner‘s ‘Rolling Stone’ magazine.
