Kelly Rowland is reportedly holed up in the studio, as she puts the finishing touches to the re-release of her latest LP ‘Talk A Good Game’.

During the promotional run for the original, the ‘Dirty Laundry’ songbird stopped by The Katie Couric Show where she performed album number ‘This Is Love’. However, in footage that has only just surfaced, the 32-year-old also served up an impromptu rendition of Whitney Houston‘s classic ‘I’m Your Baby Tonight’.

The “moment” came during a segment that saw Ms. Kelly gushing over the late icon; when prompted to “give us a little Whitney”, Rowland obliged.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda.

Released last November, Christina Aguilera‘s latest LP ‘Lotus’ and its under-performance remain one of Pop’s biggest injustices.

While mystery surrounds the bizarre roll-out (or lack thereof of the ‘Your Body’ led set), it’s clear Xtina is moving on to happier and healthier terrain.

And so as to thank the fans that have stuck by her, The Voice star has honored one of their near-year-long requests – to release (or, at least, acknowledge) the ball of fire that is ‘Let There Be Love’.

Produced by Pop maestro Max Martin, the cut was hailed by many as one of the best offerings on the ‘Lotus’ opus and a sure-fire single.
