Queen of Pop Madonna sent her fans into a royal frenzy of worry with sudden news she was postponing her highly anticipated ‘Celebration World Tour‘ to recover from sudden hospitalization after a bout with a ‘severe bacterial infection.’
Revealed via social media by her manager Guy Oseary on Wednesday (June 28), the singer-actress is said to be recuperating from a stint with emergency medical attention which is said to have occurred in New York over the weekend after she was found unresponsive.
While the specific details about her condition are vague and she is still under doctor’s care, Oseary emphasized in his statement that a full recovery is expected – a sentiment echoed by her longtime friend/actress Rosie O’Donnell.
