Lil Wayne teams up with Drake and Epic’s Future for the ‘sort of a’ love song, ‘B*tches Love Me’. Pulled from the mogul’s forthcoming ‘I Am Not A Human Being II‘, this cut doesn’t feature much of Drake but does see Wayne speak a lot…about nothing.

Rihanna may have announced ‘Stay’ as her latest single, yet the model is milking its predecessor ‘Diamonds’ for all its worth. And smartly too – given the fact it’s easily one of the year’s biggest hits and one of the few songs she can actually sing well.

Taking centre-stage on French show ‘La Meilleure Chanson’ tonight the 24 year old turned in another solid showing of the Sia penned smash.

Yep, you read that right.

In a recent interview with ‘HYPERTRAK TV’,  the ‘Runnin’ belle has opened up on why she feels the craft isn’t lady like, her thoughts on today’s batch of male MC’s and her distrust of the fashion industry- which she has billed ‘fickle’.

‘You Only Live Once’.

The above phrase, whoever you ask, is just as ‘used’ in the zeitgeist as the ever popular ‘birds of a feather…’ and Biblical ‘do unto others’.

However, upon being featured in the Rap song ‘The Motto’ by Drake, under the acronym ‘YOLO‘, the phrase grew another pair of legs if you will, penetrating contemporary culture in ways we doubt the performer himself could have imagined.

Unfortunately for him, the phrases popularity now sees in the heat of an intense ‘creative’ battle, after a number of retailers began selling ‘YOLO‘ merchandise, without his approval.

Back in July, before the release of his ‘Channel Orange‘, Frank Ocean set the world alight when he opened up on a romantic experience he had shared with another man, and the heartbreak it had caused him.

Sharing the story in an open letter penned months before the album’s arrival, he soon found himself belabored with ‘labels’, despite the fact he did not ‘label’ himself.

Now, in honor of his bravery and the impact his honesty has had on Pop culture, he has now been named ‘LGBT Hero Of The Year’, alongside US President Barack Obama.

This week’s That Grape Juice ‘Cover Star‘ comes from Youtube crooner Jonnathan Molina. Watch as the US native does double duty on Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton‘s hot duet ‘Just A Fool’ below:

Coming in as That Grape Juice‘s last ‘Cover Star’ of 2012, Molina certainly sends us into the new year with a bang.  Covering any Christina Aguilera song is definitely a task, but the crooner put his own spin on the number – inserting his powerful vocals in just the right places without overdoing it.

Yes, the “shouty” parts of the song would certainly put a strain on any voice (let alone a male voice), but Molina definitely held his own.  Overall, a good showing.

For many, Gwen Stefani’s short lived but well spent solo career marks one of Pop’s best eras to date.

Spawning two solo albums outside of ‘No Doubt‘, her time at the top saw her stand tall as one of her genre’s more talented it girls, inspiring the likes of Lady GaGa (see last scene of ‘Love Game‘ video) and Nicki Minaj (see Harajuku Barbie).
