The hotly anticipated 25th anniversary edition of the LP arrives on September 17th and brings with it a documentary directed by Academy Award nominee Spike Lee.

A joint production by Lee and Sony Music, the project marks the first ever in-depth, behind the scenes film project to chronicle a Michael Jackson album (era) . The documentary features over 40 interviews conducted personally by Lee with Michael’s confidants, choreographers, musicians (including Mariah Carey, Kanye West) and other collaborators who collectively unveil the real story of this “coming of age” project through their vivid recollections of what it was like to work day in and day out and live this project with Michael.

Two days ago- in partnership with the guys over at Google Play Busta Rhymes released the free album ‘Year Of The Dragon’, marking his first project since 2009’s ‘Back On My B.S’.
