A week after thrilling diehard fans with the new song, ‘I Admit It’ (click here to listen), the soulstress has followed with another Charlie Bereal-produced gem in the form of ‘Remedy.’

Co-written with Britney Jackson, the tune sees Tweet try to heal the heartbreak of her ailing lover.

“Take a deeper look in my heart and find / That this love I have for you is so divine / Everything you need is all in me / I’m the remedy, I am all you need,” she coos.

‘Black supremacy’ antagonist Terry Crews is now going on record to admit his initial reaction to Gabrielle Union‘s ‘America’s Got Talent’ discrimination claims was ‘wrong'(as we reported here).

Taking to our friends at ‘ET’ recently, the actor-comedian spoke openly about why he regretted not supporting Union when she spoke out about her negative experience as a judge on the NBC reality competition show – an experience she that not only led to her exit but that she also branded ‘toxic.’

As we reported here, embattled comedy legend Bill Cosby was given a new reason to smile this week when he learned one of his sexual abuse convictions would be reviewed by a higher court (thereby granting him the right to appeal).

His wife, Camille, shared his elation as revealed in a recent interview with ABC News.  Sitting down with resident anchor Linsey Davis, the 76-year-old waxed honest on her thoughts about prison reform and gender equality (as portrayed by the #MeToo movement).

Her comments will undoubtedly get tongues wagging, namely her comparison of her husband’s legal plight to the racially charged 1921 Tulsa massacre that left hundreds of Black Oklahoma residents dead after bombings and other acts of terrorism.

August Alsina‘s gone from zero to a hundred in a matter of days.

Though pretty quiet over the last few years, the crooner sprang a surprise on his dedicated fans last week by announcing his massive forthcoming effort, ‘The Product III,’ is hitting shelves June 26 (as we reported here).

Dropping a taste of its content via the well-received ‘NOLA,’ now the 27-year-old is venturing west with its follow-up by offering an homage to Houston via the new song, ‘Rounds.’

“Throw that NO up / H-Town down / That’s for my homies / That’s for my rounds / All that herb is really trippy / Clout by the pound /Keep that candy pain’t drippin’ / Chop, chop, grew it up the South,” he wails.

June 12 brought with it the highly anticipated release of Chloe x Halle‘s sophomore album, ‘Ungodly Hour.’

Powered to chart competition by its bopping lead singles, ‘Do It’ (their highest charting song to date) and ‘Forgive Me,’ the sister set not only upped the ante on the visual front with increased sex appeal and choreography to boot but also delivered their most radio-friendly offerings yet.

Amplifying awareness of the LP’s arrival with an aggressive promo campaign that saw them touch down on television, Web, print, and more (as we reported here), the campaigning seemed to be doing the trick as ‘Ungodly Hour’ shot straight to the top of real-time sales tallies.

Now, with the inaugural tracking week behind them, Chloe x Halle can celebrate earning their best first week sales to date.

D.L. Hughley made headlines this weekend when footage of him collapsing at a Nashville comedy show went viral.

As reported, the comic was rushed to hospital in an ambulance – with his reps citing exhaustion.

Well, in a new update video, Hughley has revealed that he has discovered the source of his health challenges.

He has tested positive for COVID-19.
