DaBaby is already heating up the charts with his sizzling comeback single, ‘Shake Sumn,’ but now the embattled Rap star is looking to shake up the Hot 100 even more with its follow-up: ‘Ghetto Girls.

One of three blazing tracks found aboard his May-released bundle ‘Call Da Fireman,’ ‘Ghetto’ – which prominently samples Cash Money‘s 2000 classic ‘Project Chick‘ – is also the third song from the project to get the video treatment.

“You can tell that I ain’t never had sh-t, but that don’t matter, ’cause I got it now / She love to see when daddy got it on, come give me h–d with your bonnet on,” he spits on the Charlie Heat-produced tune.

Much like the ‘Sellin Crack‘ visual before it (which was based on the 1991 cult classic ‘New Jack City‘), the ‘Ghetto’ clip is self-directed and based on a film.

See the ‘Friday‘-inspired shenanigans inside.

In life, Baynard Rustin was one of the most prolific activists of all time. And now his story is being immortalized in new movie ‘Rustin.’

Set to premiere this November on Netflix, the movie chronicles the unwavering spirit possessed by Baynard, who is played by Emmy winner Colman Domingo.

Unapologetic about who he was, Rustin never wavered on his beliefs or who he loved. A reality that saw him make history while (in many ways) being eradicated from it too.

Until now.

Directed by five-time Tony Award winner George C. Wolfe, ‘Rustin’ will celebrate the story of a man who dared to imagine a different world and inspired a movement in a march toward freedom alongside the likes of Martin Luther King Jr.

Executive produced by Barack Obama and Michelle Obama (under their Higher Ground umbrella), and Tonia Davis, the film features an all-star cast including Chris Rock, Glynn Turman, Aml Ameen, Gus Halper, CCH Pounder, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Johnny Ramey, Michael Potts, Jeffrey Wright and Audra McDonald.

Drake had fans in a dizzy spell of frustration this Friday when his hotly anticipated album ‘For All The Dogs’ didn’t arrive.

Indeed, despite the MC not actually announcing a release date for the set, speculation, rumors, and the interestingly timed debut of the LP’s official cover had many interpreting its arrival as being imminent.

Such was not the case, but Drizzy says to fret not because it’s on the way.

‘The Blackening’ has landed in the UK.

Directed by Tim Story and co-written by Tracy Oliver (who helmed ‘Girls Trip’ and ‘Harlem’), the hysterical horror flick follows a group of Black friends who head out on a Juneteenth weekend getaway.

However, they quickly find themselves trapped in a remote cabin with a twisted killer. A chaotic game plays out…only for them to discover that much more than a game is at play.

Central to the edgy plot is the question: “If the entire cast of a horror movie is Black, who becomes the first victim?”

To celebrate the arrival of ‘The Blackening’ this week, That Grape Juice hosted an exclusive pre-release screening in Central London.

The event saw our guests become some of the first in the country to see the movie – which stars Grace Byers, Jermaine Fowler, Melvin Gregg, X Mayo, Dewayne Perkins, Antoinette Robertson, Sinqua Walls, Jay Pharoah, and Yvonne Orji.

Hosted by Jay McGregor, the event saw invitees take home a TGJ games-themed goodie bag that included must-haves from Aphro Sprits and HiP Chocolate.
