Last night, US music lovers made their way to Viacom‘s VH1 to catch the long awaited TLC ‘Crazy Sexy Cool‘ biopic, hoping to learn more of the story so many believed they were well versed in.

Now, hours removed from its unveiling, TGJ have compiled a number of reviews published in response to the flick, weighing in on a story many have described as both honest, telling but most importantly…inspiring.

As to thank them for the support they’ve shown him since his debut, the good people of Philadelphia were treated to a surprise show put on by Grammy winning singer Miguel hours ago!

Taking place after his Drake led ‘Would You Like a Tour?’ show in the city was cancelled due to technical errors, the show saw the star round up his band and speed to Ortlieb’s Lounge.

Indeed, in joining forces with the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center, the performer lends his voice to the ‘Any Given Tuesday‘, birthed to raise awareness and support for homeless teen in the LGBTQ community, doing so alongside ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ star Lisa Vanderpump and ‘Candle in the Wind’ icon Elton John.

As Sony Music gears up make 2014 the year of Beyonce, the ‘Carmen: A Hip Hop Opera’ star helped make their job a whole lot easier days ago, when she stormed Auckland, New Zealand with her ‘Mrs.Carter Show‘ World Tour.

Fortunately for fans at the show, the singer/actress delivered a fresh take on her smash hit single ‘Why Don’t You Love Me?’ during the performance, flaunting the live vocals that have seen her standing in the industry surpass that of acts who no doubt wish their voices sounded half as good as hers does now…and did during her debut in the late 90s.
