It’s been a game of hop, skip, and jump for R&B belle Christina Milian in recent years.

Ditched by Def Jam in 2006, the 30 year old moved to the ill-fated MySpace Records, only to leave for The-Dream‘s Radio Killa imprint in 2010; a move which also saw her jump the broom with the hitmaker.

Yet, predictably, that deal spoiled when their marriage did, leaving Milian – once again – without a label.

However, in a testament to her infallible hustle, ‘The Voice’ star has inked a new recording deal. Find out who it’s with after the jump…

Brit-belter Adele is set to make a spectacular return to the stage tonight at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards. So, what better way to usher in her comeback than a glowing feature on the cover of Vogue magazine’s March issue?

The singer, who looks stunning in the shot, has maintained a unshakable presence on the charts while she recovering from the  emergency throat surgery which threatened her career last November.

To date, Adele’s sophomore set ’21’ has sold over 8 million copies worldwide.

As the world mourns the loss of the iconic Whitney Houston, Grammy producers have been making frantic changes to tonight’s show, so as to honor the late, great, superstar.

Hence, in a move we can only commend, vocalist Jennifer Hudson has been drafted in to tribute the singer.

In somewhat of a surprise move, Clive Davis’ Annual Pre-Grammy Gala did indeed take place last night following the untimely death of Davis’ protégé, Whitney Houston – just hours prior.

The likes of LA Reid, Ciara, Kelly Rowland, and Diana Ross, were among those in attendance at the industry celebration; one producers insisted should go on – as it’s “what Whitney would have wanted”. A nod, it seems, to the age old Hollywood adage “the show must go on”.

Granted Whitney’s body was still at the very same venue (the Beverly Hilton Hotel), I can’t say it’s a sentiment we share.

Looks like it was literally a pink friday for ‘Last Friday Night’ singer Katy Perry.  Donning a flowing Alexis Mabille couture dress and Christian Louboutin, the pop eccentric was billed to tribute Sir Paul McCartney at the 2012 MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute (singing Beatles’ hit ‘Hey Jude’) last night. The L.A. Convention Center-hosted bash also guested music stars Corinne Bailey Rae, India Aire, and Alicia Keys who, like Perry, signed on for entertainment duties at the esteemed gala.

The event certainly comes as one of many both Keys and Perry are readying for as both have been confirmed performers at the 54th annual Grammy Awards airing tomorrow night!  Until their highly anticipated showings, get into the ladies below:

Ever keen on keeping the masses abreast of fresh and often underrated talent, That Grape Juice presents ‘The Spill’ – a renewed look at not-so-new, yet active, acts.  Much like its ‘Freshly Squeezed’ sister segment, this assay aims to put the magnifying glass on talents who may not appeal to the buying public on a broad scale yet are still serving material that could easily spin side-by-side with some of today’s top hits.

Covering a kaleidoscope of genres, ‘The Spill’ is set to feature some names you probably know and love as well as some you’ll (soon) be glad to know.

Our inaugural entry comes as Kimbra Johnson, known simply as Kimbra.  This New Zealand belle, whose funky fusion of jazz, pop, and ska, sees her provide surprisingly refreshing tastes of a multi-genre mashup – a musical casserole if you will.

The 21-year-old’s debut album ‘Vows’ made a splash on New Zealand and Australia charts in the fall of 2011 with its repackaged lead single ‘Settle Down’ (seen below).  Accompanied by singles ‘Cameo Lover’ and ‘Good Intent’, the eclectic chanteuse saw her U.S. fanbase get a major boost after the latter’s inclusion on hit TV show Grey’s Anatomy.

Estelle is in a cocky mood.

Indeed, on her latest cut ‘International’ featuring Chris Brown and Trey Songz, the ‘1980’ belle gets all kinds of bragadocious in support of her new album ‘All Of Me‘.
