After warming our hearts with their debut season, Toni, Trina, Towanda, Traci, and, of course, Tamar, return to the small screen with season 2 of their hit WeTV reality series ‘Braxton Family Values’.

Grammy Winning diva Jennifer Hudson didn’t need a spotlight to shine in these recent shots from Vanity Fair.  The shots, showing off the soon-to-be Mrs. Otunga adorning a flowing yellow chiffon gown, are set for inclusion in the next issue of the famed magazine.  The set is just one of the many ventures fans can expect to see the ‘Spotlight’ singer on this month as she is due to join Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott, and more for the reboot of VH1’s ‘Divas’ following her holiday themed showings on TNT’s annual “Christmas In Washington” (December 16th) and ABC’s ‘Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade’ (December 25).

Pop belter Jojo has delighted many-a-fan and critic with ‘Disaster’ – the first official offering from her forthcoming album ‘Jumping Trains’.  Set for release in early 2012, the album’s first single has seen the songstress stop by many outlets plugging the tune and performing it much to a positive response.  While the song is certainly generating buzz for the young belter, she is undoubtedly hoping to put a little more steam behind the ‘Trains’ track.

Fans keeping up with ‘Lighter’s Up’ femcee Lil’ Kim will be pleased to know they can expect to see much of her in the coming months.  For, as reported here, the pint-sized rapstress is penning a book and accompanying documentary detailing her stint in the slammer.  Speaking with 754 Media, Kim shared details on the book – ‘The Price of Loyalty’ – and news on what her loyal fans can expect from her forthcoming project (including work with ‘The Jump Off’ collaborator Timbaland).

With the rapstress reporting hip-hop hitmakers Ryan Leslie, RockWilder, Wyclef Jean, and Bangladesh all onboard for her future tracks, Kim is certain to excite fans with news of her studio efforts.  Find out what else Ms. Jones shared after the jump:

She’s back!  Model-with-a-mic Cassie premiered her “King of Hearts” music video preview on BETs ’106 & Park’ just moments ago.   From the looks of just the short sneak peek, the racy video allowed the no-time Grammy winner to strut one of her most noted talents – being Diddy‘s sideline heaux.

The X-Factor USA is here!

Fox’s much hyped British import has finally kicked off on American soil and looks set to be the biggest show of its kind.

Featuring judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger, the show favours American Idol with its nationwide auditions. However, there is a defining twist in that groups and solo acts over 25’s are eligible to enter.

After weeks of auditions and bootcamp we now enter the live shows where the narrowed down top 5 are battling to advance to the next stage of the competition.

Is it us or are we seeing more of Beyonce pregnant than we ever did when she wasn’t? The singer was most recently spotted in New York sporting a healthy glow given she almost certainly is in the final trimester of her pregnancy.

A staple at the top of the charts, we have a sneaky suspicion her heightened paparazzi presence is a subliminal response to those hoping and praying she “take a seat”. It looks like it’s just not going to happen.
