There’s only one Lady GaGa and – love her or loathe her – she seems hellbent on ensuring the masses get the message. Cue her latest ‘out-there’ creation – 4 eyes.

The ‘Judas’ singer posed it up as she arrived at MTV Video Music’s Japan Aid show in Tokyo today sporting two sets of eyes.

Yours truly has long expressed admiration for the air of old Hollywood GaGa evokes (beyond her showbiz gimmick, we know very little about her). That said, though, it does beg the question; how long can she keep it up? Especially as (chart positions aside) the music isn’t what it once was (‘Born This Way’ as an LP isn’t giving me what I need). Time, as they say, will tell…

Remaining one of Pop culture’s most celebrated performers, Bruno Mars showed fans what was he was made of recently when he performed at ‘The Today Show‘.

Treating fans to sparkling renditions of some of his much loved hits, the ‘Grenade‘ singer certainly proved his worth as an entertainer.

Janet Jackson continued to prove that age ain’t nothing but a number, when her ‘Up, Close, & Personal’ world tour pulled into Berlin, Germany last night.

The Pop royal, new weave entoe, is said to have had the sold-out crowd in the palm of her hand for the duration of the hit-filled set.

That Grape Juice will be in the house when the trek pulls into London next week.

Today marks two years since the late, great Michael Jackson passed onto eternity. And while the world will never know a talent as unique, as ‘other worldly’ as his, we are blessed to still be able to enjoy the legacy that he left behind. A legacy he perfectly described in 2001’s ‘Unbreakable’ from his criminally underrated ‘Invincible’ LP:

You can’t believe it, you can’t conceive it
and you can’t touch me, ’cause I’m untouchable
and I know you hate it, and you can’t take it
You’ll never break me, ’cause I’m unbreakable

Though the King of Pop was referring to his many detractors, in death, the song takes on a new meaning. Indeed, the dizzy heights of stardom he achieved is hard to believe, the length and breadth of his influence are undeniable, and – love him or loathe him- Michael Jospeph Jackson is in every which way unbreakable.

Long live the King….

Labelled many a name, there’s one thing Lady GaGa can’t be called – and that’s uncaring. The Pop force continues her fervent support of the earthquake relief effort in Japan – taking to the stage at a MTV gig in Tokyo to raise awareness of the strides made in repairing the country.

Though the song slipped down one position from last week’s #23 on the Hot 100, it is worth mentioning that it has spent half of its 10-week chartlife perched atop the R&B chart.  Catch ‘Motivation’ get its first live performance treatment Sunday, June 26th at the BET Awards.
