Grammy award winner Jill Scott is Billboard Magazine’s latest cover girl. The ‘So In Love With You’ singer released her fourth studio album, Light of The Sun, this past Tuesday. Pop star Rihanna is to face legal action by a photographer who claims she knowingly copied concepts from his work and implemented them in her visual for the controversial ‘S&M‘ single.

This is now the second time the ‘We Ride’ performer has been threatened to be taken to court for this very video.

Pop eccentric Lady GaGa, again, lived up to her billing as she attended a press conference in Tokyo, Japan today. Held at Billboard LIVE, the singer was in town to support the MTV Video Music Aid Japan – using her ‘celebrity’ status “remind the world that Japan is safe” and urged tourists to return.
