It has been a longtime coming, however it the self-proclaimed Young Simba J. Cole is finally ready roar with new single ‘Work Out’.

The hotly anticipated cut is the first to be lifted from the ROC Nation rapper’s debut LP – which hits stores via Columbia this summer.

Sampling Paula Abdul‘s ‘Straight Up’ and Kanye West’s ‘Workout Plan’, this most certainly makes for an interesting listen. Whether it makes a good one, we’ll leave you do decide.

‘Keep  A Child Alive’ founder Alicia Keys dazzled in a black gown this evening at the organization’s third annual ‘Black Ball’.
