As sexually charged singer Trey Songz readies his fourth studio album,  ‘Passion, Pain, & Pleasure’, for release on September 14th, a new cut from the LP has surfaced. Titled, ‘Love Faces’, the song sees the 25 year old singing once again about sex.

Peep Pop superstar Britney Spears posing on the set of ‘Glee’. The 28 year old makes a cameo in the much-hyped episode of the hit  show dedicated to her. Spears filmed her scenes, which are set to air later this year, yesterday (August 18th).

Randomness: Though I’m itching to see episodes dedicated to both Michael and Janet Jackson, I hope the growing trend of artist-specific episodes don’t begin to overshadow what is a great show in its own right. After all, the novelty of themed-episodes can and will wear-off quickly.

Your thoughts?

Following the so-so performance of Kandi‘s debut album back in 2000, the former Xscape singer has kept a relatively low profile on the musical side of the fence.

However, the ‘No Scrubs’ writer is said to be recording a new album – and was recently snapped with hit-maker Ne-Yo working on the project (the process of which is being documented in the latest season of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ – in which she stars).

Speaking of Ne-Yo, the singer-songwriter is putting the finishing touches to his ‘Libra Scale’ LP, and is currently recording with producer Dallas Austin. As for his unique ensemble (above), we’re hearing the crooner was inspired the fashion he spotted here in London town during his recent promo trip…

Keri Hilson is back with a fresh look and new material. ‘Breaking Point’ serves as the 1st official single from her upcoming album, ‘No Boys Allowed’ (in stores later this year). The track was written by Hilson and was produced by her mentor, Timbaland. Give the song a listen below:

In 2006 Fantasia’s self-titled sophomore album received generally mixed reviews from critics and even less favourable responses from her fans. The record barely managed to achieve gold status in the US; a far cry from the 1.8 million units that the Grammy-nominated singer’s debut album, ‘Free Yourself’, sold in that territory.

Now, amidst public controversy and personal turmoil, Fantasia is back with a new album, aptly entitled ‘Back to Me’, which features a true return to form by the uniquely talented R&B singer. On this 13-track LP Fantasia manages to combine the raw passion of her Soul influences with her spine-tingling vocals and contemporary productions, creating one of the best releases of the year to date.
