Since exploding on the mainstream charts alongside Kelly Rowland, David Guetta has been  scooped up by a host of artists hoping to capture the dance magic he crafted on ‘When love Takes Over’. One of those artists happens to be the bane of the music industry, Rihanna. Guetta sat down with MTV News to reveal that he intended keep things up-tempo on Rihanna’s upcoming LP. Hip-Hop phenom Drake was featured on ‘Walmart Soundcheck’ recently. The rapper/singer performed collection of his popular tracks including ‘Best I Ever Had’ and ‘Over’. It’s official: Christina Aguilera’s ‘Bionic’ has bombed. According to Hits Daily Double, the album has only managed to sell an embarrassing 111, 838 units. This marks the lowest 1st week sales in the history of Aguilera’s career.

So that’s the way the cookie crumbles. It seems that the industry has truly left  Aguilera behind. With a flop single and a poor-selling album, there is no question that people just aren’t interested in what she has to offer anymore. It’s a shame though because ‘Bionic’ is truly a solid effort. Bye.

Dance diva Kelly Rowland rocked The Graham Norton Show here in the UK tonight with the first televised performance of her new single ‘Commander’. Oozing both a sass and confidence by the bucketload, Ms. Kelly certainly commanded the stage. Awesome performance…

Tidbit: It appears the general public agree; immediately following the performance, ‘Commander’ jumped from #38 to #20 on the iTunes UK chart – some two weeks before the radio edit is officially released here. Looks like she’s onto a winner.
